I went through the drive-thru and realized I had forgotten my wallet. I had to set up tap-to-pay on my phone, and Jane was incredibly kind and patient while I figured everything out. She even offered to pay for my burger while I was fumbling with my phone, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The food was good, and Jane’s patience and understanding really stood out. Great employees and a decent cheeseburger. I’ll definitely be back!

Let’s be serious. The food at Dairy Queen is awful. The price they’re charging for garbage food is way too high. A small blizzard will cost you $6.79 exactly. Now this might not seem like a lot, but what about a family of four? If you like Dairy Queen, good for you. You do you. Maybe you think Dairy Queen ice cream is the greatest in the world. Maybe you live in a trailer park. I’m not judging. Hopefully, Elizabeth gets some competition soon. Elizabeth could do without a Dairy Queen. Sounds like Culver’s might be eyeballing Elizabeth as well. That’ll do the trick.

The manager Garrett at this Dairy Queen is horrible to his staff. Most of the workers are teenagers just trying to do their jobs, and he treats them with no respect. I watched him stomp out yelling at a young employee who was just standing at the front desk with no customers, literally doing nothing wrong. He made a huge scene in front of everyone, and when customers tried to stand up for the kid, he was rude to them too.
Very immature behavior from someone in a management position especially since he sits on his phone during work. Totally unprofessional and makes the whole place uncomfortable. The staff deserves way better.

I grew up with a DQ in my hometown. I ate chicken strip baskets every time. They always served 2 gravy’s and charged for an extra.
Every time I’ve went to this DQ I order the same chicken strip basket and 2 extra gravy’s. Every time they serve me up either one or two gravy’s even when they have charged me for the extra gravy. Then I have to stand in line while my food gets cold to get the rest of what I paid for.
Yesterday was the last time. I won’t be going back

Haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in 20 years . I found the double cheeseburger with bacon to be a very good fresh burger. The quality surprised me. Onion rings were ok.

I go there I order Chili’s cheese dogs with onion and mustard . Figure it’s not a difficult order to make however I guess I’m wrong . Hotdogs here are almost 5 dollars each. And when I order o get three or four of them. And the last four times there has not been one drop of cheese on any of them . Mind you they are almost 5 dollars each so that’s about 20 dollars a visit . I have spoken to a manager and they just can’t seem to get it right . Then they want to act annoyed about it like I shouldn’t want my order to be done correctly . I have called and tried to get someone on the phone this last time and they refuse to speak to me . They blocked my number so I couldn’t call . And I was not rude to them every time I called . I was courteous and never even raised my voice . But apparently telling them they did not make the order right is trash talking their business from what they have said to me and been rude about it . One of the managers was too busy standing at the fry station flirting with a girl instead of trying to do his job . All of them are standing around looking like they are spaced out . And they are starting to build themselves a terrible reputation in town from what I have been told by countless others . They also told
Me I was left multiple voice mails which I can prove I was not because my iPhone keeps time stamped dates of every single voice mails which I receive . The reality of the situation is they are trying to cover up their own incompetence . If you are having an issue making a simple hot dog then I suggest you get retrained . I’ve tried to talk to someone and avoid making a review but they do not care and that’s obvious . Avoid this place at all cost . Maybe they did leave me a voice mail on someone else’s phone but I’m guessing since they can’t seem to get a simple hot dog
Order right then they might be unable to work a phone . All I know is I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere

I like the peanut buster parfait. I’d like to see the waffle cone make a comeback. Service is slow but friendly and the dining room is pleasant and clean.

Food is always good at this location and the service is friendly and really puts the customer first. Burgers, fries, spicy chicken sandwich, cheese curds (my favorite), and blizzards area amazing. I wasn’t a fan of the chocolate shake but that is just my taste. Will return and recommend this place for a stop in!
