Normally, I don’t tip at fast food restaurants , but this time I did because of the amazing customer service . The girl with glasses did a fantastic job ✅ — she was so genuine, authentic, and kind . She asked simple questions ❓ just to make sure all my needs were met ✅.
This branch was much cleaner ✨ than most of the Subways I’ve visited before. It wasn’t crowded ♂️ ♀️, had plenty of parking ️, and the food was up to the usual Subway standard .

We come here often because this is the cleanest Subway we’ve been to. The staff is courteous, greets us as soon as we walk in, and provides speedy service.
A very kind young lady gave my daughter the cutest Subway headband! I believe she is one of the managers! She mentioned she came in to help on her day off, that was good of her. My 6 year old even wanted to take a picture of her. I asked if we could post a review, and she was so happy to hear that we enjoyed our experience.

First time visiting this location, and it was pretty good. My bread was fresh and the young lady who made my sandwich was very timely. It was good being able to sit on the lobby again and have your food. Very well ran store and definitely would recommend this location.

The gal “Liana” shouted out from back … not sure what she said …. I waited and waited and waited … finally I said is anyone gonna help me ?! Hello , no answer then she appears … then she says she needs to get the veggie patty … where she got it from is Jo clue , she took longggggg . The avocado container was watery , caused my veggie patty flat bread to mush ….
Anyway finally got my item in a produce bag and “no napkin” … I did not realize it until my on the go breakfast eating … no napkin, reached in my glove box for a tissue !

This place ran out of bread one time. For some reason they were still open. Kind of funny. Bad time for wanting fresh tasting sandwiches. Other than that, no complains. Just like any other Subway chain.

The Korean guy that owns this place sold me burnt oatmeal raisin cookies. He does not have the same deals as other subway stores. If he was smart, he would offer the same deals as other subways. Obviously he is not that bright.

The storefront was so clean and the customer service was top tier! It smelled like how Subways used to when the foot longs were still $5 lol. The ingredients all looked good, the helpings were the right size, and the sandwich tasted great. I wanted meatball marinara with fresh mozzarella and when the worker saw the sandwich that I was getting, she made sure to point out to me that the sandwich i wanted was cheaper as the combo on the board and asked if I wanted her to make it that way. I really appreciated that! I got chips but they didn’t try to upsell us on the meal after the first time we said no (which most other locations do and I hate). The subway in the mall is closer but we’ll definitely make this one our regular spot instead.

Do not order on line. I did to save $ and forgot to put that I wanted the subs on Italian bread. When I called the store to tell them they said there was no such order. I said I got the email back confirming it. I suggested maybe they didn’t receive it yet it was 5p and the order was ready for 530p. I the person on the phone never mind I would come in. I only save $2.50 online ordering anyway. I went on other errands and got there about 620p. Since I thought I was getting fresh made when I got there i was in no hurry. When I got there they said the order came through so they were made at 530p and were sitting for an hour. Should have asked to remake them but it was paid for so I just took the order. They had my name and cell they could have called me. Well maybe I should stay with Mike and Jerry’s. Never had a problem.

The aunties working there, work really hard and try to be fast for those who come in big groups. They are really nice even under pressure. My nephew rated this subway as the best one he’s visited. They need more workers outside to help with the rush. At least a manager to ring up the food instead of hiding in the back.

Worst subway I’ve been too. Ordered a pastrami melt, the lady wait until the sandwich is made then tells me they dont have mustard(part of the picture). She threw the sandwich in a bag then toasted the sandwich. When I opened it, meat and toppings were at the bottom of the bag. Recommend driving a mile to the next subway.
