I witnessed an employee that was rude to a customer, It was uncalled for. Just give her the toppings and say have a nice day. Pilot/ subway needs to really get a handle on their customer service seeing how all the reviews are saying pretty much the same thing.

Usually i go to any subway and let them know hey i dont eat meat. I ask for provalone and peper jack cheese and never been charged a day in my life. Today 2/2/2026 @4:30pm i stopped to get dinner.
The lady “clerk 260” seem very over whelmed.
Anyways i explained to her no meat just a normal veggie sandwhich. She charged me double for cheese and put little to no veggies on my foot long as if shes getting ready to top it with more meat. I walked away payimg $15 for some cheese bread with sauce.
I asked her when did they start charging for double cheese and she couldnt answer my question.
Im definitly not happy with my food and someone needs to train this lady on how to make a sub sandwhich with no meat.

I’ve been coming hear for years and everyone has always been friendly, until today. Elia was extremely rude and condescending to me after I purchased a sandwich and asked for veggies on the side. She told me that she couldn’t do that and that the gentlemen that had done that for me the previous night was wrong to do so. She then began talking about me in Spanish. Before I was able to confront the store manager Abe about the interaction I just had with Elia, he approached me, and based on whatever she said to him said that I could only speak to him in the future, as if I had done something wrong. They both lack necessary people skills to be in the position they are in.she also refused to give me mayo and mayonnaise packets.
Update: the subway down the street on 47th and r is amazing. They gave me the veggies on the side. I’ll never order from this terrible place again.

The employee that prepared our sandwiches was so rude, she acted as if the ingredients were coming straight out of her paycheck, only putting 4 olives on and everytime I asked for more of anything she acted as if she wanted to fight.

I’ve been going to this location for a little bit now. When I went the employee that started my order was super nice and was really patient. I just went recently Sunday morning and a lady that seemed to be the manager was being disrespectful over a small thing that could have been taken care of out of site from everyone. If this is how she is in front of customers I’d hate to see how she treats her staff when there’s no one around.

Absolute terrible service. Was told by 3 different employers that someone would be out in a minute, no one came. Finally someone from actual subway came and she had the audacity to tell me she’s busy and will be with me in five minutes. After I had already stud there for 15. No respect at all for their customers! It was 5am! Myself and husband were the only people in the whole gas station. Will never come here again!
