Had not been there for a long time. Will be a long time before I return. Two 6-inch sandwiches were almost $15. No drinks or sides. Bread was tough. Skimpy ingredients of just average quality.

I ordered a mobile order. One of my sandwiches were wrong because they didn’t want to read the whole thing so they put black olives on instead of pepper. When I went back to get it remade they were somewhat rude and I got a little grossed out because Diana’s fake nails were so long they looked like they would poke through the gloves any minute and it just seemed very unsanitary. Probably won’t be going back here again.

It says you guys are open until 10 I showed up at 9:30 because I just got off work as soon as I got out of my car the worker ran to turn the lights off. When I said I thought yall were open until 10, he said “I don’t care, I’m done working for the night.” Really upsetting how it was handled.

There was FLY IN MY DAUGHTERS SUB. We paid nearly $50 and had to throw them away. The fly was still moving, stuck inside the mayo.

We walked in ready to order, only to find that there was only one worker and a line waiting. On a Friday no less. We waited 40min to get our order. The worker was left with no prep done and no coworkers to help him out. However the worker (Will) did his very best and thankfully the other customers were very nice about the situation.

This is for whoever the manager is. I don’t appreciate being questioned about my mobile order that i had placed. My boyfriend had to show the worker (bless their hearts, they were by themselves on a sunday) that i had placed an order and then made the worker “confirm” it was for today. Luckily, the worker knew we weren’t lying and made the food for us.

I ordered two sandwiches and both are wrong and missing the cheese. I ordered a specialty sandwich that is called the classic Ham & Mozzerella but there was no mozzerella on this sandwich at all. There was also no American cheese on the other sandwich. I called the store and the guy that answered the phone let me know that he was the shift lead who had no authority and that the manager will be back in the morning. Why be a shift lead when you have no authority to rectify a situation that you created? I want my money back! I will NEVER order from this subway again so people if you attempt to order online for this restaurant please rest assured that they will get it wrong with no solution. I am livid because I don’t make money to waste it. I will be following up with the manager tomorrow morning! Do your jobs correctly and rectify what you did wrong.
