No complaints on service, they get you in and out fast, but the food is awful. I have given them a few chances here and there, but yesterday was probably the 4th time in a year, and will be the last. I bought a coffee cake muffin for a friend and I could have gotten a rock from my driveway that was softer, and saved money. Previous food was also of very poor quality, but not inexpensive at all. Not impressed in anyway and will never go back.

I went through the drive thru with my friends about 10 mins ago. The lady put 1 pumpkin swl on my sticker, causing my medium ice coffee to taste like nothing but oatmilk. I wish they would make the orders the same across the board. Waste of money

I went there a month ago and I haven’t come back since they. The last time I was there I ordered a breakfast sandwich, the hash browns, a coffee, and I ask the man nicely if I could get a cup with water as well. When I got my food and everything he gave me the water in a little cup that wasn’t even a Dunkin cup with the water a bit of ice and it was dirty inside like if they used it before. And I told the man that I wanted a regular cup and he was arguing with me back and forth then the lady came and told me that next time if I want a normal cup of water I need to pay for it.

I ordered a blueberry dream which I repeated the order. I wanted a medium but the man said that they only had a large. He repeated back to me before I pulled up to the window, he charged my card first then handed me something I didn’t order. It look like some kind of blueberry apple tasting sour soda. I told him this is not what I ordered and he huffed and puffed like he didn’t know what to do. I almost told him I wanted my money back but it wasn’t worth the trouble. I will save myself from coming back to this location which I’m sure they don’t care. Please go to any other Dunkin besides the one on western.

I absolutely love this Dunkin’! Every visit here is consistently amazing. The staff are not only quick and efficient but also genuinely friendly—they always greet me with a smile, even during the busiest rush hours. My coffee is always fresh, perfectly balanced, and exactly how I ordered it (which is rare at a lot of places). The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are warm, fresh, and never feel rushed or sloppy.
Huge shoutout to the team here—you can tell they care about customer experience. I always leave happier than when I walked in. Definitely the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to!

The donuts were ready when I got there to pick them up. The associate needed a little time to find my order and they just gave an extra (free!!) box of donuts for the trouble! I loved the strawberry filling.

The person at the drive thru claimed to be the Indian-American store manager. I had my child in the seat next to me and they were scared by how rudely and loud she was speaking not just on the microphone, but when the order was not fulfilled correctly due to a clerical error she explosively talked back to me. The receipt correctly indicated that my order should not include bacon, as I ordered in the mobile app, and clearly did not select bacon. As a frequent Dunkin customer from this location, I would never expect this to happen from a person-friendly establishment. I’m really disappointed in the service offered to me today.

get simple orders wrong – I ordered two donuts with a couple sandwiches, neither donut was correct. don’t even sell extra cream cheese on the side. not sure they know or care what they’re doing. also looks like they’ve never cleaned the back once. I’d stay far away.
