This is the second time we’ve ordered a bowl from the Chipotle at Quaker Ridge in New Rochelle and the rice was completely undercooked. This time, it was so bad that my son actually started choking and had to make himself throw up to get it out.
On top of that, the food tasted old, like it had just been reheated instead of freshly made. We’ve been to other Chipotle locations without these problems, so this is clearly an issue with how this location is being run.
This is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a well-known chain. We will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management address the food quality and preparation immediately before someone gets seriously hurt.

I was hesitant due to the reviews; however we had a good experience at this location. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in months and this was my first time here. Our salads were delicious and well prepared. We were here on a Sunday afternoon and it was nonstop busy ( this explains the messy tables/floors). Too bad adults don’t clean up after themselves in some places. If you visit this location bring your patience and kindness. Crankiness will probably make it uncomfortable all around.
With the business, I appreciated how Ruby, Malika and Juliano (spelling?) worked as a team and communicated well with each other.

Hi, this is my third time at this Chipotle in New Rochelle, and I’ll tell you: 1. The service is very bad because the staff gets upset when you’re ordering, and if you forget something, it’s worse because they give it to you with worse help. 2. The food is super salty and the chips are very, very salty. It’s always the same. We need to correct this by training the staff. Mind you, we don’t have to fire anyone, but with training and monitoring, it can be achieved. Thank you.

The food is good. The atmosphere is ok. Can be better. The employees are not friendly. They were making faces. They didn’t offered any welcoming service. The location was clean except the area were the drinks are. The table needs more attention when are being clean. The bathroom was very clean and the food counter.

I preordered two bowls and it took over 30 mins when it was “ready” in the app, then when I got home and opened my order and it had ZERO meat in my bowl, guac and tomato salsa (my husbands was missing guac too)! How can you forget half the items that go in there ???? so upset

I was there this past Friday. There was a very long line but finally we had a bowl put together by a very nice woman. We waited to get to where we usually at other stores ( eg. Mamaroneck, NY and 2 different cities in MA) order the Quesadillas but were told we can only order online. I asked them if we could order there as we do in other stores and they said we could not. I asked her how long it would take to make it if we ordered online and we were told they could not take any more orders as they were overwhelmed. So this meal ( 2 dishes) were for my son who had just come out of a very long practice of an intense sport he does and has now only half of his meal. I tried to explain but no exceptions. We ended up getting the Quesadilla from the Chipotle in Mamaroneck. The workers at the New Rochelle store were clearly overwhelmed and working very hard to keep up so this is clearly management who does not have enough workers for that high demand. They should at least stop taking online orders and at least get the costumers who took the time to drive there and waited more than 20 minutes satisfied. As we are walking out we noticed the tables were extremely dirty and no one was cleaning as the only 5 employees were working incessantly to keep up. Bad customer service but not due to it’s employees but to poor management.

I’m sorry. I have to give this rating but after coming here for a few years. There is always something wrong happening here. I wish that the team had more support. But this time I ordered my food 30 mins ahead of time. And the app said my food was ready. Which it wasn’t. They were scrambling to get orders completed. And in the end after ordering my steak bowl… I opened the lid and there was no steak, no guac, or tomatillo red hot sauce… unfortunately because of them rushing they forgot the main reason I came for the bowl.

This place is very bad. They constantly mess up orders. We always order here and they never get our order right we ordered no lettuce and we got lettuce on our food. We also ordered no cheese on a separate dish and we got cheese on our food they gave us a completely random item in our bag, kameka is not our name It’s not our order. This just goes to show how irresponsible this place is. Do not fund this place anymore and save your money by going to a different place of business. Don’t say I did not warn you.

FOOD-Personally, this is my favorite fast food chain that there is! The food that is served here is the same that is served at all other branches of the chain, but it is slightly higher quality for whatever reason.

I have been to this location twice. Both times I had to ask the server to fill the bowls. The location in shrub oak is amazing and you don’t have a half empty bowl. I thought the first time was a lazy server. So I went back today and the same thing happened. I will not bother going back to this location. There are chipotle recipes all over social media so I’ll do that if the shrub oak location is not close enough but I’ll definitely go back there. It’s worth it
