Placed my order online, which was to this store. Get there and told I had to the 2150 Delaware ave store to pick up. Drive out there, and told no order was there. Drive back to the store, and when asking for a manager, the associate said oh we made a mistake and it’s here. Waiting for my electronic refund, but will never order from Pizza Hut again. I truly can understand why 250 stores are closing with how bad this chain has become!

Ordered online. Picked up Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. It tastes exactly how I last remember. Sauce wise. I ordered hand tossed crust which was ok but definitely not as good as pan crust Otherwise it was good. Used a coupon 14.99 for lg one topping

Food is good, it’s pizza hut. Good for a quick, easy and inexpensive dinner. With all the pizza options in Buffalo, I get it. But Pizza Hut has nostalgia with many people. Miss the eat in but still a decent pizza for the price. Staff is always friendly. They work hard, some days are so crazy busy.

Returning very late from Niagara Falls, stopped at Pizza Hot and decided to order its famous Hot Box ( pizza and wings) and it was the best.

$25 for a “large” pepperoni lovers deep dish pizza. Size is the old medium size. Not even close to the amount of pepperoni I was expecting and thin layer of “cheese”. I would put this in the same category pizza as little ceasers at 3 times the price. This place won’t last long serving pizza of this quality. Will never go back here again. Support your local non franchise pizza shop instead.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the price was reasonable. My only issue was when trying to apply a military discount to my order, the person working there couldn’t figure it out. So I lost out on saving some extra money. I told him maybe he’ll recognize me in the future and hook me up with something. I’ll be sure to update this if they do and give it a higher rating.
