I ordered crab rangoons to go, they were the absolute WORST i’ve ever eaten, they tasted off & had nothing but crab in them, no cream cheese. I then called because i wanted a refund because i wasted $13 dollars on this and the owner argued and was so rude on the phone. Surprised this place is still open with her attitude and how disgusting the food is.

The food is good except the rice sometimes taste like cigarettes. The atmosphere is the biggest complain. It needs to be completely renovated, or at least take down everything and paint it. One weekend of renovations would help encourage me to dine in. I want it to succeed, but it’s getting bad.

This is truly the best Chinese restaurant in the Rogue Valley. The food is always incredibly fresh, served hot, and cooked to perfection every time we visit. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish. Highly recommend!

We have been to this Chinese restaurant here in Eagle Point a few times. The food is mediocre, but decent. The service is kind of on the slower side. But as we usually eat there with friends and family, the wait is not so bad. If you’re hungry for Chinese food in the Eagle Point area, stop by, because Chan’s is basically the only one in town!

The food was much better than I expected! Very flavorful and large portions. Potstickers were great as was the chicken chow mein, egg flower soup and sweet & sour pork. The owners were very friendly. Will make this a regular place to go!
