This was my 1st time there. Unfortunately, it’ll be my last. I ordered the Gumbo and an Oyster PoBoy. The gumbo came in an odd shaped bowl, higher on one side than the other. It had a twang that left an after taste, almost like something was off. The server noticed I wasn’t eating and offered to take it back. Shortly afterward, the manager stopped by, saying she had removed it from my ticket. I thought that was nice since I hadn’t asked for that. I was willing to pay for it and let it go.
Next was the Oyster PoBoy. I have to admit, I was disappointed in this as well. It had 6 fairly large oysters, but laid out where you couldn’t fold the the sandwich to eat it. My 1st thought was whoever made the sandwich doesn’t eat them. No biggie, I “remade” the sandwich and then the next disappointment hit. Oysters shouldn’t be crunchy. I don’t mean a little crisp. I mean all the way through crunchy. It was editable, but there was no flavor to the oyster, only the crunch when eating it. I mentioned it to the manager as I was leaving as a friendly tip, hoping it was a new cook or something so I could come back again. She said they have a certain time they have to cook them. I realize I’m in AZ far from a coast, and being from LA, I know gumbo and poboys. I don’t know about the rest of the menu, but for sure stay away from the jumbo and anything with oysters.
The servicer was good as well as the manager but you can tell they don’t know seafood. It was my mistake, I’m in the land of tamales and tacos and wanted a taste of home. This wasn’t it.

My husband and I went here last Wednesday for our 20 years anniversary. My husband had booked a reservation at a steak restaurant but I told him I wanted to go here since we had been craving it and it wouldn’t have been as much. Well, I wish we had just gone to steak. It’s days later and I’m still disappointed. The food was flavorless, it was not good. It was nothing like we remembered. I don’t know if the owner changed or the cook or what. Then the check came, it was $225, way more than I remember it being and we usually get the same thing. Looking at the receipt, it seems they have hiked their prices 50% or more on everything. The king crab legs used to be $55 per pound it is not $85. I didn’t even check the rest. I was pretty upset when we left. It wasn’t worth it. I won’t be returning

Our server Breanna was the most welcoming and warm spirit I’ve come across as of late. She was extremely attentive and answered all the questions we had. As soon as I was finishing 1 drink she was handing me another one. The food was amazing and plenty to fill us. I highly recommend the Cajun fried pickles they are to die for and the Tribeca seasoning blend amazing. THANK YOU ANGRY CRAB for an awesome lunch I will definitely be back

I just love the wings here! They are so good! Juicy and big! My husband always gets the lobster Rolls. Every time we come in here , we are treated so kindly! Very nice staff and great food! We LOVE this place!

Incredible! Excellent service by Bryanna- it was our first time and she did a great job explaining everything and we felt right at home. The clam chowder was packed- they’re definitely not stingy with this one. We felt the same about the seafood boil. The flavor, portion and price were beyond our expectations! This is where it’s at!

I wanted to take my family out for a nice New Year’s Eve dinner for our favorite kind of food and the service was absolutely horrible. Food took a long time although it was not busy, waitress staff was more interested in talking amongst eachother, food was too salty and portions were definitely smaller than any other angry crab location we have been to quite a bit. They removed the charge for my salty boil but didn’t even apologize. Waitress never cleared our plates and hardly checked in on us. The worst! I wish I could get a full refund. Sucks this is the dinner we had to bring in the new year

Came here to eat here last Sunday and was highly disappointed this time. We usually go here and never had a problem but this time the service was bad. They forgot to add stuff in our bag and the lobster tail tasted so sour it was definitely spoiled and they gave us that!!! Me and my partner got sick literally the day after tasting the lobster we didn’t even consume it.

My mom and I stumbled across this as we were leaving Wells Fargo. As my mom was moving into the area, we wanted to see what restaurants were around. As we stumbled around, we saw this, and we decided to stop, immediately walked in, and decided to order. It had a friendly, warm, inviting atmosphere, laid back, and was busy for lunch. Highly recommend.

The service is ok. I ordered takeout and it seemed the cashier was having a bad day. No smile, no welcome, just asked my name and moved on. The food was okay. But the portions were much smaller than my prior orders, but it had been awhile since I was there. Not my go to place, but when I need my fried catfish fix addressed, it will do.
