My girlfriend had a hair appointment at the next door salon, so I decided to try Jimmy John’s for the first time. And I am pleased to say I was not disappointed at all, the staff present were lovely, helpful and nice. The store was clean, smelled nice, smiles on everyone’s faces. Just a overall great experience, at this location that is. Other Jimmy John’s I cannot speak for, but this location is great! Oh also, they were quick with their service as well.

I rarely write reviews, but since a situation like this has now happened multiple times at this location, I really have no choice. We ordered delivery from the app from this location around 7:30pm, the delivery had been outsourced to Uber. At 9:30pm (still with out our “freaky fast food” mind you) we got an alert from the delivery driver that the person working at the location locked the door and threw the food away and wouldn’t be remaking it. Not a single update throughout the process, no call from the store, no update from the delivery drivers until that moment. 2 HOURS after the food was ordered originally. Absurd, and to top it all off, no refund.

Great family restaurant. Friendly staff that is always respectful, helpful, and kind. The cleanest Jimmy John’s location I have ever visited. And true to their slogan they have freaky fast delivery regardless of if you ordered one sub or placed a catering order.

When you ask for “extra” hot peppers and only get 3 on the whole sandwich. This place is always a mess with delivery times taking forever but today they did give fair warning on their website which I genuinely appreciated… I hate that my options for lunch delivery are limited or I would really stop giving them my business.

I literally order from this location whenever I work my part time job on Saturdays and they have yet to get my order right. The never cut my sandwich in half as requested, they either forget to give me my soda or the give me the wrong soda I asked for diet coke and received a coke. They didnt put any oil and vinegar or onions on my sandwich and that actually comes on the sandwich. I never get napkins. But guess what I always do…..I tip…I understand that businesses are short staffed etc etc but this is just laziness and lack of care for your customers at this point do better JJ.
