Food was absolutely delicious! We got fish tacos, chicken sope and churros. All highly recommend!! I would give it a 4.5 star rating just because it took at least 20min for the food to come out (it was 5pm- we were the only ones there). If you know what you want I would suggest calling your order in. Reasonably priced as well.

Love this place. Honestly, they screwed up my order and gave me some Carnitas Nachos which I cannot eat, but I gave to someone else they loved it. They were able to replace my meal and provide me Shrimp Nachos. I really appreciate their prompt service and I’ve been eating here since 2020 and I will not choose to go to another truck unless I cross the bridge over to East Bay. Thank you. Yumm!!

Ordered 2 bean papusas and had to wait 30 minutes to get them! Also, both papusas were burnt – most of each papusa was black. They have also increased prices a lot – $10 for two burnt papusas … not going back here.

Will not disappoint! I have their surf n turf super burrito at least once to twice a week. Super tasty and very well put together. (Fun fact my buddy Steve a local of Redwood city suggested the surf n turf and they nailed it). It doesn’t stop there, their fish menu is great along with all other traditional plates! If you’re in the area and need a quick fix they will deliver!

Delicious Mexican food truck!!! Definitely a must try if you’re nearby! My husband and I first tried Rio Piaxtla Food truck when they were near our apartment building in Redwood City. After that, we were hooked!!
It worked out perfectly as we were also looking for a food truck for our wedding coming up. We reached out, ordered more food to eat again that day, then booked them for our wedding. It was a great decision! All of our guests LOVED the food.
We enjoy their carne asada tacos, shrimp tacos, quesabirrias, burritos, and nachos, just to name a few! We highly recommend Rio Piaxtla Food truck and suggest you grab a bite!

DO NOT EAT THERE!!!! Iwas there too I saw the worm wiggle out from the taco I almost threw up. I tosed out my food. Never again will I eat there reported them to the health department as well.
