Clean bathrooms but “new policy” in place says you cannot order a cup of water, sit in the sitting area, or use the outdoor seating unless you are spending money here” Despite if you decide you want something after getting settled, if you don’t order when you walk in, you aren’t allowed to stay. Definitely will not be returning, I used to love coming to this location bc it’s quiet and spacious to work in, which was allowed even if you didn’t order anything. I usually only have water due to already having had coffee & breakfast. Starbucks USED to be a great co-working space, but guess that’s a distant memory.

We went around Starbucks downtown but found only Discovery Series mug collection for Virginia. Luckily, in this branch (2363 Roux St, Richmond VA) we found Been Here Series. Happy to have it. Staffs are courteuos as well.

Such a staple location in the Libby Mills community. Unfortunately a few items were out of stock…im assuming due 2 worldwide shortages but was very neat & organized. The staff was very friendly & helpful to guide 2 other choices available on the menu 2 try. Loved the outdoor seating can’t wait 2 try a meal outdoors.

Pls update the hours. We get to Starbucks at 9 because of the hours show 9:30. We really had hopes to have Starbucks because we were craving it. But nope. Closed. UPDATE PLS!

I usually go to this Starbucks because the location is convenient and most of the team is amazing. But this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with Kathleen (not sure if I spelled that right). She didn’t even say hi — she just gave us a very unpleasant look, and her attitude is always poor and negative. Because of this, my family and I decided not to place an order.
It’s unfortunate that one person can ruin the experience, since the rest of the staff is always great.

Starbucks has always been consistently good drinks and food. They are my family’s go to stop on road trips to clench our thirsts and belly. Clean bathrooms are always welcomed and appreciated by families of small children. I make sure to always purchase something and I am grateful. Especially with parks only having potapotties nowdays.

Tried their strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. It was pretty good. I recommend getting it with the coffee, since you have the option to get it without. The coffee taste really comes through. It’s at the very least unique so I’d give it a try if you can.
