Custom select your own ingredients and stack up and let the kitchen staff prep it for you and bring it to your table. You can order a single plate or anything after is considered buffet. Great price great value. Food is delicious.

This place might not be a looker from the outside, but you will surely be greeted by friendly faces when you arrive. If you come often the staff will recognize you and remember orders. This place is by far the best hibachi place around.

Stumbled upon this online recently and decided to go. You can choose to eat an individual bowl, or choose an unlimited option.
Whatever you choose there are tonnes of options. You can choose starches like
noodles or rice, and then move on to any number of vegetables. You can then select from various proteins from beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, or even octopus. Season anyway you want with provided spices and numerous sauces.
Everything is super fresh, cleanly presented, and cooked in clear view.
Service is prompt and courteous. This place is good for almost any dietary need.

We have visited here a few times when driving through Enterprise. We have never been disappointed. The concept is good (all hibachi) served hot to your table.
We used to love going to Gangis Grille before they folded. This is the same concept, choose your protein, veggies, carbs and sauce. They cook it for you on a 6 ft grill and deliver it hot.
Try it out if you are in Enterprise and are looking for something a bit different.

Tried this place for the first time on NYE and mad I’ve never been before now! It was absolutely delicious and I loved the build your own stir fry bowls. Price is reasonable $12.99 for one bowl (you can pile it as high as you want) or $15.99 all you can eat. Variety of noodles or rice, several meat/protein options, and just about any vegetable you could want. There are also about a dozen different sauces to choose from. Staff was very friendly and prompt and I like being able to see the food being cooked. Will definitely be back! (Pictured is my very tasty plate of rice, salmon, shrimp, chicken, and beef with assorted veggies)

What I love about this is you get to pick your own food-so if you don’t like it then it’s kind of your fault. I loaded mine up with chicken, beef and shrimp and cabbage and noodles and garlic and Korean sauce and green onions and cilantro. It was so super good. Staff was so busy but they were so nice too-absolutely will come back!
