Entire staff was so very welcoming and friendly. They were all busy in the back when I walked in but they immediately said hello, I’ll be right there, that makes a huge difference for the customer! I can see they were in midst of doing stuff in the back area but still taking time to greet customers to let them know there is a delay but they’ll get to you makes a huge difference in how you feel when you wait. There are 2 tables inside, lucky for me I went during slow moment so I was able to grab a table. There are 3 bar height table/chair right outside also. If I’m in the area, I would definitely come back to this location.

This is my local Starbucks, had stopped going a while ago due to things not being right, but recently I have tried going back and since then I’ve been consistently going to this Starbucks and nowhere else. My drink is always important to me, the way it is made because it’s specific, and most times it gets very inconsistent and lacks what I want, but this Starbucks, everytime I order the same drink, my drink is made correct each time, I think because it is the same girl who does my drink everytime and she does exceptionally amazing. I wanted to shout her out because something like my coffee has been very difficult for me to get how I like it, and this Starbucks truly does it right everytime I go. The girl has clear glasses, brown hair and it’s always in a ponytail, she is so good at what she does. I’m very thankful. On top of this, this Starbucks truly has great customer service, everytime I ask for something extra they get it for me no problem, no attitude, no nothing. They are so accommodating, and welcoming. Today I ordered a drink and I usually get extra cold foam, the cold foam gets pricey, so I like to make sure I get the extra, my drink was made but they didn’t really put any cold foam on it, I went back and asked for them to remake it and the girl who took my drink, listened to me so attentively and took my drink back with a huge smile. She responded back to me so nicely, immediately said it’s not a problem to make you another one, she made me the drink and it came back out to me exceptional. Exactly how I love it and more. On top of this, the guy at the register offered me a 5 dollar gift card for what happened. They truly care and i feel it so that to me is crucial in an atmosphere like that. To be able to resolve the issue with no problem but also give back to their customers is something you rarely find, so I’m very grateful for this. For me, something like this encounter makes a huge difference in the customer service and my experience there, something like this is so important because that’s what customers need, workers who are able to attend to you in the right ways, respectfully. The fact that they are able to stand behind their work and mistakes and make it up to the customer speaks true volume and really goes a long way. To know you are able to go up to a worker there with no issue, knowing they will attend to you in the right ways is HUGE. So I walked out today very happy.

i am so disgusted and appalled by the staff on the night of 2/26 closing, as i try to come in THIRTY minutes before closing i dont even get to even touch the door handle to inside before i am abruptly stopped,barricated and practically shoved out by 2 individuals and was told “sorry were closed” but i stood there confused cause i had more than enough time to order my ONE DRINK, however without any hospitality or skipping a beat i am told once again “ yea were closed” the door was just locked in my face, as i go back to my car the store shut off its light and staff left at 8:45. I can understand closing 10 minutes early on a slow night but 30 minutes????? this has to mean they started closing tasks a hour in advanced. This is so blatantly unprofessional and a bad look on starbucks, so very careless and LAZY. If the hours have changed UPDATE them, until then keep a eye on your rude and unwelcoming staff

Location was very welcoming, clean and friendly. It was awesome to see the baristas do what they do best in clear sight. If you’re in the area and need to soothe a craving I highly recommend this store!

I am a very regular Starbucks customer and have been to locations all over the country. The rye brook location is closest to me and I frequent it often. I’ve written to corporate on more than one occasion to sing their praises. You will not find a warmer, cheerier staff. They are truly exceptional and make my mornings brighter. The drinks are always perfect and everything comes out lightning fast. If anything goes wrong (almost never happens), they are happy to fix it immediately. Management has done a terrific job cultivating a welcoming environment focused on consistently outstanding customer service.

The staff wasn’t very friendly and the manager (a tall man) seemed pretty harsh with the employees. I also asked for LIGHT ice, it was written on the cup, but my cup was nearly full of ice (see photo)

Update: Once again how hard is it to actually READ the order and make the drink as requested? I asked for two pumps of syrup that I was charged for but once again I didn’t get! In spite of the previous feedback to my review the same issue keeps happening at this location!
I wish the baristas actually read the order on mobile orders and would make the drinks accordingly. If I pay for a topping or same syrup I would actually like to get it. This shouldn’t be this difficult!

Somebody in thes store has stolen my money inside my purse. I forgot my purse for one moment over there and when I went back to get it , everything was inside except my money. I’ve been trying to call manager & store and nobady give me an answer. Also when I go to the store, the give me each time differents storys. Worst experience ever.
I will contact Starbucks support to resolve my problem cuz’ staff doesn’t care.
