Really wonderful experience. The ice cream was delicious, one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. The coffee and refreshers were both great. Super friendly staff, Harshad is extremely attentive and you can tell how much thought and care has been taken into the cafe. Can’t wait to go back with our family again. Highly recommend!

Had Bliss Latte and Adeni Tea, both were exceptional. Bliss Latter beat the expectation by having a unique taste to it. Adeni tea was even GREATER than any tea I could get in any coffee place around Chicago area. Very well balanced with spice-tea-milk combination. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again anytime of the day for tea or coffee.

My boyfriend and I drove 30 minutes to get here and it was well worth it! When we walked in we were greeted by the owner who obviously pours his heart into this business. The place is very inviting and super clean including the bathroom! The owner moved very quick to make our bowl and our drink which were absolutely amazing! We also got the banana pudding ice cream which tasted exactly like banana pudding we loved it! Definitely would recommend you come and try this place, 100% will be back!

I am so impressed with the changes at Bliss Berry Cafe! Under the new management of Nikita and Harshad Mehta, this spot has truly been transformed into a local gem in Palatine.
The menu is fantastic—whether you’re looking for a caffeine kick, a refreshing healthy smoothie, or a decadent ice cream treat, everything tastes incredibly fresh. You can really tell they prioritize natural, high-quality ingredients in everything they serve.
Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere is wonderful. The cafe has a beautiful, calming ambience that makes it the perfect place to catch up with a friend, get some work done, or just relax with a treat. It feels bright, clean, and very inviting.

I recently visited Bliss Berry with my kids and we very much loved it. . My kids enjoyed croissant sandwiches while I sipped on my delicious espresso. Really enjoyed the presentation of the food as well. The owner is very creative and welcoming. Definitely coming back to try more !

A fun upbeat spot with many options! The owner is very friendly and creative. He made us feel so welcome and was so open to feedback and new ideas. The decor inside is so fun and comfy. The bowls and ice cream were amazing and beautiful! Will definitely be back!

I went to try out this new place for the first time this evening. The owner William is a very nice, friendly, and charismatic guy. I chatted with him for like 30 minutes about this new place. I tried the Waffle Dogs which were delicious. A tropical smoothie, juice, and many of the ice cream flavors he let me try were also delicious. Him and his wife are doing a great job keeping up with their new business and I definitely recommend trying it out. I know I’ll be returning.

My wife and I visited here as the last customer for the first time today with my friend. We ordered two ice cream cups and one Ice cream sugar corn. Honestly, the taste was phenomenal. I love the statement, “This is our happy place.” William was very friendly and welcomed us. I definitely will be back here when I need some good moments. Thank you so much, William. You made my day. This review is long overdue, but finding the photos in my camera roll reminded me to post.
I came in on 10/10/23 to get smoothies for my grandma and me. It was about an hour after they opened and William was receiving a delivery of ice cream, so I hung around and took some photos while he completed the task.
Once William was free, he focused all of his attention on my order, and even made my grandma a custom combo with brand new sauces he just received. He’s a blast to talk to, and he showed me a beautiful picture made by his daughter that’s framed on the counter. Before I left, he surprised me by giving me a sample cup of sorbet for my grandma.
This was such a lovely experience, and the cafe is beautiful. I’m excited to see this location become a staple in the community!

Awesome place little hidden gem! The owner is super nice and funny. The affogato is delicious definitely use the churro icecream of you like cinnamon. And don’t forget the banana icecream omg it is so good just like frozen banana pudding. Will be back again for sure!
