Haven’t been to this subway in a while, now I remember why. The store was empty, but took 20 minutes from start to finish. One one guy working the line and took forever to make a sandwich. The other woman working didn’t even step up to assist.

Changing my review again, I think this will be the last time I order from this Subway. The last 5 or so times nothing has been right. If they can’t follow online written orders then maybe don’t work or own a subway. I think we will pick up in St Germain. Fix your location and employees

I wish I could say great things about this place however it’s just not possible. My wife ran subway for a long time and never did she ever have issues like this one. To the owner I think it’s time you evaluate your employees as your have some pretty hateful older women working in your establishment. They do not have a lick of customer service pushing away the residents of the town, those traveling know no better. The young kids just slap a sandwich together with next to zero care what it looks like. My steak had so many onions on it it looked like an entire onion in iitself. It’s absolutely no wonder the prices continue to rise because your cost of goods has to be out of this world high. Using gloves is a great thing however how sanitary is it to use gloves in the veggies then use them to touch the cash I gave you and turn around and go back to the veggies. I wish the owner not the manager the owner of this establishment would reach out to me because this behavior and condition has went on far to long. For the sake of this establishment I know it could be ran so much better as well as gain a few more friendly faces and smiles. A hello welcome to subway and a thank you have a nice day goes a long way when your dealing and working with the public. For your employees it’s pretty simple if you hate your job that much and hate customer service why choose that path. Take your bad MOJO and go somewhere where customers are not what is paying your pay check. Without us spending money at your place you wouldn’t have income please remember that. Attached is a photo of my second sandwich and it was the nicer of the two. Ridiculous!

This restaurant has not been able to keep workers. Constantly only have one person working lunch rush and always new faces. Poor guy behind the counter today is beyond overworked. Also they shouldn’t be accepting online orders as they are never done on time.

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 sandwiches online and all were incorrect. I arrived before my order was ready and there was 3 customers ahead of me. I saw the worker making the sandwiches. Very very slowly. I would have waited to ask him to remake them but I know I would have been there for the rest of the day waiting.

Women’s bathroom was out of order with a sign saying use the men’s bathroom. The men’s bathroom had a chair by the toilet, and it was full of puke! Needless to say, I didn’t touch anything. After ordering my food and drink and paying for it, I find there is no ice available. I would have never gotten the drink knowing there was no ice, and I’m disappointed the employee didn’t say anything ahead of time. I should have went to McDonalds!

carolyn was completely unable to handle even the basic task of making a sub. no one on staff knew how to make a wrap, and they ended up calling a worker who wasn’t even there for help. the communication between carolyn and paul was a disaster — neither knew what sandwich was being made or what to charge customers. i genuinely felt bad for the trainee, who was doing his best in the middle of the chaos. for a place that’s ‘under new management,’ i expected better organization and service. i wasn’t going to leave a review, but carolyn’s comment to the guest behind us — ‘his accent was too thick, talk slower’ — was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.
