My family and I went on a Tuesday night for their AYCE chicken and fish special (8 adults 4 kids.) we called ahead to make a reservation as it’s a mom and pop operation. We grew up coming here on our trips to green lake and it did not disappoint! Delicious fish and chicken.
A few notes to help those interested:
the AYCE wings are NOT BROASTED. They are breaded and fried.
If you have a big group you can order ahead “family style” when you make your reservations. Then they will bring out the AYCE on platters and everyone can help themselves.
Views on little green lake are also beautiful. Killer Cole slaw and tartar sauce.

The new owners are incredibly rude. They act like getting you a drink is the biggest pain they’ve ever experienced. They have a rude comment about everyone. The wife and the husband are equally as bad. I think the only reason they own the place is because no one would hire them for a job. She also gives you a dirty look for asking for a refill or more food from the all you can eat. They’ve really destroyed that place since they bought it.

I love their all you can eat fish fry on Fridays. The walleye is amazing and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they tend to walk right past you in favor of other customers who didn’t order the all you can eat. It felt as though by avoiding you they figured you would leave before you asked for seconds. However the view is serene and the food is good so I try to get out there if I’m in the area. The prices are reasonable also.

Ive been going to Lake View for mist of my life but the last couple years the food has taken a decline.
The fish takes like fish sticks from a box and the sides had virtually no taste at all. The staff isn’t all that great either. The couple times I went on a Friday our table wasnt asked if we wanted anymore of the all you can eat fish or if the bill was even 1 bill or separate. They just brought us one bill and tried to slip away really fast till we asked her for more fish and refills on soda and then they just seemed annoyed. Like I get Fridays are busy but trying to rush people out of your restaurant negates the point of even going out.
It’s always sad to see a beloved restaurant take such a dive in quality.

Wife had all you can eat shrimp and I had all you can eat smelt, was very good and had a beautiful view of the lake. The service was very good. Recommend it very much.

Great views and quality pub food. It’s definitely underrated because it’s in a small town; however, it’s a hidden gem in the Green Lake area. Sure, it looks like some dive bar on the outside but if you go for the Friday night fish fry you won’t regret it.

Good fish fry nice atmosphere and a nice view of the lake. Took a little while to get seated but that’s common with a smaller establishments they had on sweet tea which I enjoyed so worth the wait

This has long been a pretty decent place to go for Friday night fish. The view overlooking Little Green Lake has always made it a fun place to go. In the winter it is a great place to warm up after a day of ice fishing. In the other months it is still a good friendly place to have a beverage.

We were there on a Friday evening. We had to wait a very long time for our dinner and the order wasn’t right. The food was OK. The salt/pepper/ketchup at the table had a tangible and visible layer of grime. Too bad because there aren’t a lot of options in the area.

Stopped for dinner on Thursday. Nice place. Clean, good service, good prices, great food, beautiful view especially at sunset.
I gave a 4 for atmosphere because there was a group of regulars who were having a good time, which is great, but the language would make a sailor blush. Go before 5 and you will be good.
