Food was great and the service was fast! The servers and hostess were very kind and welcoming. Small town restaurants are hit and miss but this one is worth a visit! Not to mention my kids loved being so close to the trains!

First timer. Very eclectic place, old town feel. I should say so, it’s located in an old railway station. The food is great and affordable. Trains pass on the tracks continuously while we ate. Will definitely be back. This place is chock full of history.

The Station is, appropriately, in an old train depot. It was charming! The food was delicious – especially the onion rings & smashburgers. Our waitress was attentive and even wrote an encouraging note on our takeout box. We are glad we stopped!

Wife had a sirloin steak I had the prairie burger, both were excellent, we had an awesome server for a group of 16. Such a cool place with great history, and the air rail museum in the same building. Read the back page of the menu!

Took over an hour to get our food. Simple chicken strips and chicken sandwiches. Sweet potato fries were not edible. Mashed potatoes were hard and not mashed. Then the people came in roughly 30 minutes after us got their food in 20 minutes. Looked like chicken sandwiches as well. Service was absolutely terrible.

This restaurant has no business being this good for such a small town. Large portions, well seasoned, perfectly cooked. Excellent spot to enjoy a lunch after a long morning riding the dunes.

We were most disappointed in our meal. I had the chicken which was just ok. The sweet potato fries weren’t edible. My husband had the serloin steak which was very tough and the onion rings were dripping in grease.

This is a really nice place to eat and visit. the trains come through every few minutes. very cool! the staff went out of their way to accommodate, our little poodle and us. just to let you know, you will wait for your food, so just come and visit over drinks first, dont be in such a rush to eat and leave. its the whole package. if you are in a jurry to eat and leave, call ahead by a hour order your food then come and eat. I will say, the food was worth waiting for. and the staff and people there where so very nice. we will come back. Thankyou for adding a good time to our vacation. and there is a museum upstairs.

Had the Flaming Rail buger and the Boxcar Bacon stack. Both were excellent. The atmosphere is great. The kids get excited when the trains come through right next to the building.
