I tried the Long Shadow Riesling – Poet’s Leap wine and really liked it.
The roasted garlic cheese dip was very tasty, and the sourdough bread was crunchy and perfect.
French fries were good, and the ranch tasted fresh. The Ora King salmon was soft, cooked well, and tasted great. The chicken taco was okay — not amazing, but still good.
Overall, nice place with good food and wine.
Parking:
Very convenient. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were actually the first customers there.
Food:
The food was amazing. Everything had great flavor. I ordered the lemon pepper wings (got 5 instead of 6, but they tasted great so no biggie). My husband ordered the hummus and was very impressed. He also loved his burger. I had the fish and chips; delicious, but the plating could be adjusted. The portion would look better on a smaller plate with fewer fries so it doesn’t look disproportionate next to the two pieces of fish.
Drinks:
Loved both cocktails we tried the Cosmo and the Copacabana Margarita were amazing.
Service:
This is where the experience had a slow start. The host, Isabelle, wasn’t the friendliest, and for the first ten minutes we sat without anyone acknowledging us. Several staff members and even the manager walked by without eye contact, and we were the only guests there for about 30 minutes.
BUT once our server Daniel came over, everything changed. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything. As the restaurant filled up, he handled multiple tables effortlessly and with a smile. He definitely made our experience great.
Michael, the owner, is also very personable and always makes sure guests are taken care of. He has even reached out personally when our reservations needed managing, which we appreciate.
We’ve been here a few times now and will definitely keep coming back—for the food, the drinks, and now especially the excellent service from Daniel.
The food was better than average. We tried the garlic dip and potato pizza, and both were really good—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying.
One of the highlights of our visit was the service. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and the service was quick, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy good food, and watch a game with friends or family. We’ll definitely consider visiting again!
I tried to visit The Silos last week, but it was completely sold out—a clear sign that Celina was more than ready for this spot! Today, I made reservations, and I’m glad I did. We were seated right away, giving us time to take in the restaurant’s impressive atmosphere.
The outdoor area is expansive, with plenty of seating and a beautifully designed rustic charm that fits right into Celina’s small-town-meets-modern vibe. One of the coolest features is the cigar bar, housed inside an actual silo, with an observation deck upstairs—perfect for taking in the view while enjoying a drink.
We started with the Wagyu meatballs, and they did not disappoint. The flavor was rich and well-balanced, with a perfect texture that made them a standout appetizer. For my meal, I went with the chop salad, which was fresh, crisp, and packed with great ingredients. The portion was generous, and it had just the right amount of dressing.
Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The service, combined with the ambiance, made for an excellent experience. I can definitely see The Silos becoming a go-to spot in Celina! If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend making a reservation—it’s clearly a hot spot already.
