I went to this place and ordered a foot-long tuna sub, and instead of using an ice cream scooper topped off like every other normal subway uses this subway, for some reason decided to use condiment cup as their scooper. This is really bad service considering somebody is paying nine dollars just for the tuna sandwich alone, and $13 for the meal. They are not giving you barely any product. This location is as conservative with product as can be. it is disgusting that food can cost that much and this location literally does what it can to get the most money and give the lease product. The owners of this franchise should be ashamed because they’re definitely not keeping up with the competition of the other subways around the valley. I hate to post something like this, but it’s the only way consumers can actually see what’s going on when they go there and to pay proper attention to their food when they go there if you’re gonna order online, don’t do it because at least in person, you can see what they’re doing to your food and make the corrections. The food itself is OK there’s no problems with it. That’s not an issue. It just seems that this location quantity over quality is more important to them.

I work next to this location so I eat my lunch here often. The ladies that work there are always so friendly. I just recently started using the app to make my orders, and I like to request extra veggies. They do not disappoint. Look at the way they loaded this bad boy up! Shout out to whoever made this sub. Ladies behind the counter were nice and kind.
The restaurant was very clean.
I love the decors. I haven’t seen other Subways with such Wall decors.

Came today here with a friend and all of a sudden 10 construction workers came in and 5 were already there and only one person working. This woman deserves an award. She did everything by herself and when it was time for the construction workers,she started doing the subs 3 at a time and was friendly. The owner of this establishment should award her for her work and dedication. 11-3-2025. 12:00 pm

The Arab woman that works here will skimp you out of your meat and cheese for your sandwich..
paid for extra meat and cheese on 2 full price sandwiches. she refused to give it to me because I had a coupon for a free regular 3rd sandwich. Thank god I went in to watch her actually make the sandwich and when I explained to her that I paid for it ((it was on the receipt)) she said we can not make it because you are already getting a free sandwich. Excuse me I paid for the extra stuff on the first 2 sandwich. And I didn’t ask for anything extra for the 3rd sandwich. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So Please if you are going to order from this location make sure you are there watching just incase that specific employee is working on your sandwich. Or don’t order anything extra because you will not get what you paid for and they will give you a hard time about it. I never had an issue before with other employees that works in this location when I used promotions. Everyone is always so friendly and The food is always good and fresh. My experience today was unfortunate

Ordered a tuna sandwich, the tuna tasted bad so I politely went to the woman working and explained to her it tasted bad she said “it’s new, from this morning”. I told her I understand that but it tastes bad and I ask if she’s able to make me a different sandwich she said yeah but I have to charge you. I told her I’m not going to eat this sandwich because the tuna is bad why would you make me pay for a different one? She then said okay you throw that one away and I’ll make you a new one but Im going to charge you. Okay, great customer service here oh and bad tuna

I hadn’t been to a Subway in years, but found an old gift card and figured I’d give it a shot. I ordered an Ultimate BMT footlong sub, and I could barely taste anything but bread and lettuce… probably because those were the only ingredients they didn’t skimp on. There was less than 1/8″ of meat on the sandwich and only 2 slices (4 half-slices) of cheese. I watched the employee making the sandwich count out the half-dozen jalapeno slices that went on. The oil/vinegar/salt/pepper/oregano was so sparse I couldn’t taste it in the finished sandwich. Somehow, by the time I was finished eating the sandwich I was more hungry than before I started.
I certainly won’t return to this location as the franchise owner clearly skimps on ingredients to save money, and I’m unlikely to visit other Subway locations because obviously the corporate entity doesn’t police their franchisees.

I can’t say enough good things about this Subway location. The service is consistently top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who make you feel welcome. What sets this Subway apart is the freshness of their ingredients. Every time I visit, the vegetables are crisp and the bread is perfectly baked. The ability to customize my sandwich exactly how I like it is a major plus. Whether it’s a classic sub or a new creation, I always leave satisfied. I had a horrible experience at the above store…I ordered a veggie sub for my daughter using her birthday gift card. As you can see above there was no sauce on this sandwich. My daughter is autistic and was unable to eat it. She was highly upset and cried over it.
I contacted the store. The young lady who answered the phone offered to remake it, but the store is out of the way and 15-20 minutes away. I was told I could have a refund instead. She came back to the phone and stated if I wanted a refund, I needed to bring the sandwich back. Why should I waste my gas & a half hour plus of my time bc your people can’t follow simple directions.
The manager would not speak with me, and my daughter had no dinner. I want this made right.
At the very least my entire order should be refunded for the time & inconvenience
