This subway is disgustingly kept. There was food and ingredients ALL over the counter, some veggies were still half frozen and submerged in water, meat and veggies were definitely touching and OH MY GOD THE COOKIES. They were absolutely not cooked. They looked like they spent exactly 2 mins in the oven. The area behind the service counter looked messy and unkempt, barely anything was stocked. Also none of the staff were wearing masks. 10000% do not recommend this place.

Excelent reception. Environment: Dirty, dirty ceiling. I notice the light bulb that is almost falling on the employee’s and customer’s heads, it’s absurd.

Store looks like a normal clean Subway on the inside but is in a sketchy area. Service was extremely slow, the employees were rude to each other, and not good at listening to our orders. One employee had her hair completely down and was in a tank top with no apron or coat, and both employees seemed to be under the influence of something. I wouldn’t go here again.

I went to Subway this morning. It was supposed to open at 8 a.m. I had arrived early so that I could get my daughter a sub for lunch. 8am nobody. Someone finally arrived. I don’t eat subway anymore be all the stores in Graham and Burlington have very poor food product never fresh ,flies flying all over the food. The two stores in Graham are the worst and always have very bad attitudes like there jobs to hard. I make my subs at home. Way better and fresh.

The Manager there was very nasty & rude, and had a very nasty attitude. When I asked her for Corporate’s number, she got an attitude & said she owns that Subway & proceeded to call the Police for absolutely no reason! She needs to be reprimanded or something for her unprofessionalism!!

If I could give this place 0 star I would. It was the worst subway I have ever gone to. I don’t know if I was on the wrong side of town, but it was horrible. The so-called manager there was throwing a fit and walked out. The young man that was working didn’t know what the heck he was doing and the short young girl was definitely rude and didn’t care if I asked her for something and she just totally ignored me. I do not recommend this place one bit, or at least this subway. The boy working also did not charge me correctly, but I did not have time to argue with him so I just decided to pay and leave by the way I never got my salad I asked for.

Workers cough over the food. I saw one worker get upset and curse because of old lady wanted to order an extra sandwich. Also, they claim to not have items clearly displayed on the menu.

Don’t order food here online. The app sent my order here instead of the one closer to me. I called the store a minute after it was placed(as soon as I saw the mistake) I spoke to an employee and they said they can’t cancel I have to call subway to do that. I asked them what happens if customers don’t show up for their orders, they said they discard the food but KEEP THEIR MONEY! I called subway and they said they went 100 digital so I went to the site and there was no help to cancel my order. I called the store back and she said she would speak to her manager, the manager said to tell me she was too busy to help. The employee got back on the phone and tried to say it more politely, but I already heard what the manager said. I asked once she got freed up and they canceled my order if they could call me. I received no call on my last 4 hours of work so I called them back and both the employee and the manager left for the day.
