Cold 20oz soda on requested toasted sub and it was the wrong soda I tried to call the store about the poor service (which I paid 16$ for 6inch) they hung up in my face and left the phone off the hook. NEVER AGAIN subway is played out ✌

The food is great as always. But there are some cons.
There’s not a lot of dining space.
The music and drink machine are a bit loud, so I felt like I needed to shout my order.
The table I sat at wasn’t clean.

I felt like the service was fine, but I ordered a simple footlong sub with ham, so your mileage may vary.

Where the heck is my salad? I spent 24 bucks at this location for a steak and cheese salad and footlong sub. My salad was one-third full! Look, for 13 dollars I expect the container to be full not missing the darn salad. Very upset. I paid money and didn’t get what I paid for. I may not go to this location again because this is infuriating.

I asked for a pepperoni pizza and a pizza that I customized. Is the pepperoni pizza supposed to be a joke? There are literally two slices of pepperoni cut into two. The worker also said it cost extra for cheese.. what pizza doesn’t come with cheese? My customized pizza is falling apart.

Whenever we are craving subway, we ALWAYS come to this location. Love
the crew that usually works here, ESPECIALLY
the old lady, and they always make the best
sandwich.
However yesterday, the experience was unlike this
location. A larger gentleman was working today.
Definitely new and he had a very nasty attitude.
We do not eat pork and my husband is allergic
to it. We requested steak for all 3 of our
sandwiches. But this gentleman immediately
immediately reached for the pork. My husband.
very politely, called him out on it and told him,
“sir, that is not steak” to which my husband was
immediately told “no it’s steak!”. My husband
corrected him and the guy cut him off and told
him, “it is meat. They are all the same”. After
being told no, he immediately reaches for the
steak with the SAME GLOVES he touched pork
with. My husband again, very politely, told him
that he needs to remove the gloves. After a bit
of back and forth, they guy throws off his gloves
and immediately leaves.
Thankfully, our favourite lady was working today
and fixed the situation for us. But srsly, what is
going on? Get a grip.

I am HIGHLY disappointed. Ordered the steak, egg, cheese breakfast sub and the steak nor egg was warmed/cooked. I’ve been vomiting since this morning! It was order #94B74EC4-AC. Only did 3 bites. Cookies were older and crumbly as well

I recently visited a Subway restaurant and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared exactly to my specifications. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was deliciously satisfying. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of food and service, and I highly recommend this Subway location to others. Five stars!

Terrible experience at this location! There was 2 unhappy guys working and one lady and a child in line who were already placing their order. I proceeded to stand there so long with no acknowledgment or assistance that I sat down and waited patiently. The lady in line was on the phone getting the dressing lists for 3 sandwiches and she was going as slowly as possible. I didn’t make eye contact or act perturbed even though I was irritated by her disregard for others trying to get a sandwich/food also. The guys working there were like zombies who didn’t speak or greet me when I entered. Finally, the second employee slowly walked over and just looked at me. Yes sir, I would like a…. I was so angry by this point and yes, the lady was still on the phone talking loudly about condiments and dressings for her 3 sandwiches all while she complained about the prices of the food. I was so ready to get out of there and so over SUBWAY and it’s $15 sandwich that I was trying to get out of there as quickly as I could! I will never go back to that location and I will reconsider even going to subway again. The location felt dirty and abandoned even though it was being manned by possibly 2 zombies. They didn’t even try to disguise their unhappiness at being cast into the role of the so called “sandwich artist”. They definitely existed only for the meager pay check that they hoped would enable them to source enough zombie juice to survive until the next apocalypse.They might be given the freedom they dreamed of during their incarnated shifts at the Hoover subway…. Sorry I digressed, as I am now wondering if maybe those 2 hollow eyed guys really were zombie sandwich makers??!!’ ‍♂️ . just a joke but seriously though maybe they are??

I recently visited this Subway , and it was excellent! The ingredients were fresh, the staff friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was spotless. I loved the wide range of customization options for my sandwich, and even during a busy time, my order was prepared quickly without any compromise on quality. Highly recommend this Subway for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal!

Went in today and 3 Indian women were working. This was the worst service/food. One person was ahead of me and it took forever for the worker to make his sandwich. The food quality was horrible. I have been in many subways and his food didn’t taste the same at all. Something was definitely off. I will not return.
