Their beef brisket sandwich was so good it made me tear up when I was 1 week postpartum and hungry. I’ve had their sandwiches a couple times since and they haven’t disappointed once. I would definitely recommend them over Jersey Mike’s or Subway. 🙂

The wrapper was soaked with food/broth or something inside and out. Absolutely disgusting. I order a #37 NEURON COMBO without the Mac and bbq. I added banana peppers, jalapenos, cranberry sauce, cucumbers, and spicy mayo. I did not receive anything but lettuce and the meat. One slice of cucumber. And raw onions that I did NOT ask for. I would not order again at ALL. I used to work there and they don’t use gloves with their food, once the manager spit in the food of a bad customer. This is a horrible place. Do NOT go here.

My wife went here to get us food, what a nightmare. I ordered 2 nebulas, no veggies. They put lettuce on them. They remade them and she brings them home and I bite into it and there is no ranch, the bacon is burnt and the overall quality and lack of care is evident. How stoned do you have to be to screw up a sandwich? I would love a complete refund but we all know the owner isn’t going to do that.

This is an awesome find, never heard of it before and I am glad we tried it out. The were a little busy but we didn’t have to wait very long and enjoyed the stories on the wall while they were making the food. It was delicious and if I see another one I will be pulling over, maybe even if I am not really hungry yet! Definitely try this place out.

I’m so disappointed by the Clairemont location. I love Erbert & Gerbert, but after several online orders to this location I have lost all faith in them. Their store inventory doesn’t match their online ordering platform, they frequently make mistakes on the sandwiches, and they have often forgotten items altogether. For example, they have failed to deliver my kids drinks more than once. I called them about it and they said they would deliver extra the next time. Today, I ordered again and put a reminder in the order notes. Unfortunately, they didn’t read the notes because they were “too busy.” They forgot the extra drinks and they didn’t prepare my wife’s sandwich correctly because they didn’t read the instructions. When I called they again told me they would deliver extra next time. When I pointed out that this was the next time, the person on the phone put the responsibility on me to call them next time to ensure they did their job instead of trusting them to follow the order instructions. After paying so much for the food and delivery, why should I have to make sure they do their job? Despite multiple mistaken orders no one offered a refund or did anything to remedy the situation other than ask me to spend more money and do extra work because they are too busy to do their job correctly. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and must recommend you do, too.

I called the Clairemont location for a catering order for my sister’s shower. Rob and his coworker (who I sadly can’t recall the name of, she was great!) were unbelievably helpful when calling with the catering inquiry and also while placing the order. They even went so far as to help set up the boxes to display the sandwiches for our guests! Reliable delivery and wonderful service- highly recommend for your next gathering.
