This rotisserie chicken is out of this world! After every bite I kept saying how delicious it was! The chicken was hot and juicy and the flavors dance on your tongue. Great portions and very reasonable prices. Great combos and the tortillas are great too! If you want a great rotisserie chicken this is the spot and skip El Pollo Loco. I said great a lot but it’s really great!

Juan pollo is always excellent 2 chickens for $32 is great! It has a wonderful flavor and perfectly cooked. I really enjoy when the wings on the chickens are well done. I usually eat the bones too! Love that crunch! Comes with tortillas and their excellent fresh salsa! I know what I’m getting when I come here. So far all locations are great!

This blows El Pollo Loco out of the water. I can’t fathom anyone frequnting the one southwest of this location while this exists. The chicken is always always always juicy. I’ve never ever ever had a dry piece of jerky quality chicken here. Always flavorful fresh and fixed to order. We need one of these in every city that will allow. I tell everyone to go here for proper grilled tasty bird.

Food was good. But wanted to post this message for the owner’s benefit. Google maps has technically the ‘right’ address but the directions send you to a gated apartment complex! Please refer to the photo of the map. The yellow circle is where Juan Apollo is located and the red X mark is where Google maps takes you. We thought this place was great! The rotisserie chicken was maybe the best we’ve had, tender and flavorful. The rice was amazing. The potato salad also very good! Salsa was fresh and tasty. Our tortillas were served hot! We were from out of state and so glad we happened onto this place while in California! Very sad there’s not one located near our home, we would definitely be good patrons!

I ordered from this place for the first time, I was going to get Pollo Loco, but decided to support a smaller chain. I ordered half a chicken with 3 sides and a tea, as you can see in the pic this is what I received. I reached out to the store sent one of employees the picture( I was under the impression the DoorDash driver ate a quarter of my chicken) she said if the bag was sealed then he did not. Ok! I ordered half a chicken meal, why would you send me this quarter half eaten piece of chicken. I tell you the customer service is terrible, I didn’t receive an apology or not even an offer to replacement it, the attitude was take it or leave it, SMH. I should have went to Pollo Loco, now i’m at work hungry thanks for nothing.

Good food! Chicken is rotisserie and the spices are delicious! Chicken is juicy. Sides are OK, pecan pie was yummy. Service was stiff, friendly but not especially. Very clean restaurant and restroom.
