Had to grab a coffee & ordered an iced oat latte but it was terrible. Way too milky, with barely any coffee flavor. I couldn’t even finish it & ended up throwing it away. We also tried the shaken espresso & it was the same story. Either the oat milk isn’t good, or the coffee itself just isn’t strong enough.

This corner neighborhood store is my favorite Caribou. The newer styles are not as friendly feeling .I hope this one never gets remodeled. Great service ! Great manager ! Always my go to even though it is not the closest Caribou to me.

Always check before ya leave. This is why I stopped visiting Caribou. The baristas are too inconsistent and you have to purchase multiple, on multiple shots just to get a decent cup of coffee.

I used the app to place my order. Played the trivia for the chance at 10 cents off. for a correct answer. I ordered a hot press. It was ready when I arrived. The taste & temperature were as expected. Great job! The staff was pleasant and ready to help. Keep up the good work!

There were 7 people ahead of me.. and they had 20 mobile orders come in and the people that actually came in to order had to wait for people’s orders that weren’t even here… customer service number one rule… always take care of those in front of you first!!! One person should be working on the app orders and the other one should be serving those that are here
