Sadly this Ramen did not hit like we were hoping. The Ramen we ordered was build your own. Chicken, Tonkatsu, carrot, corn and bean sprouts. My daughters as correct but mine was not, bamboo shoots instead. Also, the ramen came out room temperature. The added broccoli was cold and so were our eggs. Broth was average. Noodles were store bought style nothing special. Food is delivered by a robot. So hardly any human interaction.

Amazing selection and taste! I had the poke bowl and I can’t wait to come back to try another combination. My family had a poke bowl and a ramen bowl. Delicious!!!

Food was good! Big portion sizes and an allergy next to each ordering tablet. Food came quick too! Was a big pricey for two people but we didn’t load up on extra meat or toppings. Very filling and kid friendly

Attended my grand daughter’s birthday celebration and she wanted a robot server. The restaurant was so accommodating. Staff was very friendly and Mathayia was exceptional. She went beyond to give amazing customer service food was great!

Eating at this location sort of feels like I’m eating in a library. It’s deafeningly quiet, no sunlight comes through the huge windows in the library, and with the self service for ordering plus the robot that delivers customers’ food to their tables, it leaves one to wonder why there are front of house staff aside from the kitchen in the first place. Great food! Would just like to not feel like I’m in detention while eating.

When you walk in you are greeted with hand painted anime walls, open dinning, and self service kiosks. We ordered 2 main dishes and 3 sides, to our surprise it was delivered by a robot how cool. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth wasn’t too hot to start eating, we had octopus balls and they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, fried egg rolls, and sweet crab rangoon all which had great flavor. We also ordered boba tea to end our meal. Neat experience for anyone.

I was excited to try this place but the food was mediocre. The noodles were bland; the pork looked old and tasted like lunch meat ; even the egg tasted old! The broth was okay and the best part of the dish was probably the crispy onions before they get soggy. The food was honestly more deserving of a 1 star but the atmosphere was okay. I would not recommend and will not be back.

I’m keto and don’t eat rice. That’s fine and has worked here in the past but today….
Mathias worked in the back an and was less than helpful. She laughed at me and said because I didn’t order rice. I was charged for a full meal. I asked her for help and she said her manager Yao refunded me and said it will take 5-7 business days.
Just lower your expectations here and you’ll be fine with mediocre food and a complete void of service.

Tried QZ for the 1st time. Chicken & Beef Ramen bowl was so delicious!!! Crab Ragoons were perfect. Karaage Chicken I didn’t care for it but my husband loved it, the sauce that came with it was delicious though. The crab salad was delicious and very flavorful. I also got the Strawberry tea with popping mango Boba it was sweet but good. I enjoyed how the ramen was seperate from the broth made easy to transport. We will return.
