Stopped in on a Saturday during prime rib night. Things were a little hectic but the service was great the 2 waitress were doing and amazing job. The only issue i could see was there is only one computer or cash register so they had to wait to put in orders. I would suggest either getting handheld devices or another computer to ring up orders. Other then that service was amazing keep up the good work

Wanted a place to eat for a burger!!! This place did not disappoint! The portion was a huge so you better be hungry!! My picky daughter who is quick to critique had no complaints!! We will definitely be back!!

I had never expected Gibby’s food truck. I feel Independence lacks any sort of food choice. I seen on Facebook they delivered. I ordered one time & have been hooked. The food is amazing. Always hot & fresh even being delivered. The customer service is great. They don’t make you feel like an inconvenience for wanting delivery. I just can’t stress how great this place is. The kids love the food. I do, it’s a win for everyone.

Definitely the best place on the area to get a burger. I had the Firehouse burger with onion rings and ranch for dipping. Looking forward to trying some of the other menu items!
