Just came from there. Both my pizzas are raw in the middle. The turned off the open sign while we waited and it was before 8 pm, 3 of their friends came in after and they kept going talk to them. $70 for 2 raw pizzas and garlic bread, not returning anytime soon.

Ketchikan’s Gold Pan Pizza truly sucks.

As much as I love it when I call to have the Gold Pan Pizza employee pickup the phone and great me with “yeah?”, the service somehow gets worse from there. It turns out they might also just hang up on you if you have to call back to follow up on a delivery order that you placed 90 minutes earlier after you were told it would arrive no later than 45 minutes. When I asked if I am still expected to pay full price for this, he replied “you already did when you gave me your credit card” and never once gave me anything close to what could be considered an apology for this service.

Gold Pan Pizza sucks. I’ll say it again: Gold Pan Pizza sucks. One more time for SEO: GOLD PAN PIZZA SUCKS! Gold Pan Pizza has sucked for years. Gold Pan Pizza continues to suck to this day. And the next time I feel like giving Gold Pan Pizza another shot, at this point I’d be a fool if I thought the experience would be anything less than a baffling, weird, and—worse than anything—insulting ordeal.

Ordered $80 worth of food online as I usually do. I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up my food to find a bunch of kids hanging out and having a good time. I was told “I’m just gonna be straight up with you, we don’t make it” He continued to make excuses how the power had went out this morning…that was at 7AM!!! There were other people dining in so I’m not sure what the power had to do with it. It gets worse every time we go in there.

The place is filthy, the owner refuses to put money into the place to fix the soda machine, the cooler in the back and one of the ovens.

Don’t eat here or waste your money here.

Todd Henke if you’re reading this I will say. You need to put money into the place if you do you’d make good money, but since you don’t want to. You’ll lose more employees.

I don’t think I’ve ever had worse service. We work on a fishing boat and we were in town for the night so we walked in at 6:30pm to order 4 pizzas ($100) and was told they would be closing soon (hours posted 8pm)
The guy working seemed irritated that we came in at all. We put in our order and were told it could be 40 minuets or more….okay sure then he said “I hope I don’t mess them up” that was not reassuring at all. During this time the phone was ringing and he sighed loudly and said “I’m about to just unplug the phone” Before he could walk back to the kitchen another customer walked in and tried to order a pizza to which he told her that “They close in like an hour and there were 4 pizzas ahead of her so she should just come back tomorrow” He then offered to sell her a few slices from the hot case but then added that he “wouldn’t recommend it” as they were old pizzas. At the point I’d heard enough and asked to cancel the order.
That was the happiest he was the whole interaction. The whole encounter was just bizarre. Either the management is unaware or this business is run by people who do not care about repeat business…or any business at all.
We left and went to Eagles Nest and had a wonderful meal with excellent service. We are here every summer and I guarantee I will never be back: I noticed the cameras so if the business owner wants to use this as an opportunity for additional training they can see this horrendous interaction for themselves but honestly get the feeling they don’t care.

The minute you walk the place smells like a real pizza place. My daughter has tried every pizza they have offered and says they are amazing. The wood floor and tables give the place a rustic feel. The jukebox adds a fun atmosphere. I’ve never seen a soda fountain that serves Jones soda before. $3 isn’t a bad price for free refills. You can call ahead for pick up.

Hands down best pizza in town. Great prices and monthly specials. The beat place in town to get a salad as well.

Friendly staff, Jukebox went nuts for a moment while we were there. Come for the pizza but stay for the garlic bread! A Jones soda soda fountain! NICE!

They have a great deal on buffet, and good prices for slices (for Ketchikan). This said, I ordered buffet, got first wave of food, have been waiting over an hour for them to make more slices. I recommend not offering a buffet if you can’t keep up with with the slices. To add to this. There is nothing on menu that says days for lunch menu. I’ve walked in twice before this and was told that they were not doing buffet today. Again, don’t offer it if you can’t do it.

The sida fountain was out, or broken during my visit. Pizza is pretty decent. The garlic bread was good. I’m not “foodie” , so not able to give good review on taste and all that. It was good. Every time I go to ketchikan my daughter and I stop in for a bite.
