My husband, two sisters and myself were at the new West wind last evening for dinner. We had a very nice time the friendly atmosphere was so nice. Our service could not have been better and the appetizers and dinners were delicious

West wind restaurant is a nice airport restaurant with good menu selections and a friendly staff.
The restaurant is airy and spacious with bright light and large windows that overlook the length of the quiet airport runway.
I enjoyed the stuffed french toast. I would have extended a 5 star but for the 2 strips of side bacon that cost too much.
Overall I recommend this restaurant.

Waited 45 mins for food. Inedible shoe leather “sirloin steak” on steak salad. Broiled shrimp platter cold. Forgot soup and dinner salad, no spoon for soup and bringing those took 10 more minutes. Took platter back to reheat and shrimp tough and fries burnt. No manager on site. There were only two other tables so being busy was no excuse.

Wow! This place hits the fresh atmospheric conditions we all strive for when it comes to eating. Food was great, service was fast and friendly and the view was awesome seeing all the planes. Open every Saturday and Sunday for a breakfast buffet and it is amazing!!!! Great staff and great food!
