Few things. I was coming in to try the Flounder sandwich and my boyfriend wanted to try the Blackened Chicken wrap with bacon, and biscuts which was advertised ALL OVER THE STORE! 15 minutes into ordering they mention that they couldn’t make it, becuase they NO LONGER DO WRAPS ANYMORE, yet the customers across from us had wraps, they offered chicken tenders instead. My boyfriend asked for a sandwich, and they said “Not at $3.50”, We can only do tenders. We get the biscuits – no condiments- when we went up for ranch, they stated its $0.25 even though we got no bacon wraps- they said we are only entitled to one. When we tried to refill our drinks, we saw the soda machine was disabled and the lady said, we dont allow refills. THIS PLACE HAS REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food was hot but its like they didn’t like us there and very argumentative after we were respectful quiet and didn’t push. We left with a very Sour taste and wont be back.

This review is to commend two employees at this location, AKEEM and MYKAH. Their professional skill-set coupled with their genuine mission to satisfy their customers exceeded what I would expect in a fast food entity. These two young men would be an asset to any business…I would recruit them if I wasn’t retired. I hope they have higher aspiration for themselves and that Restaurant Brand International do right by these two employees who generate the dividends that RBI gleefully enjoy every year.

I downloaded the online app and paid thru PayPal, so I couldn’t just leave my order. I spent $52. As you can see, the mac’n’ cheese was burnt. Not just a little, either. It was rather late when I ordered (around 8:40pm, or so). The order was scheduled to be picked up at 9:25pm. I arrived at 9:27 pm, went to the door, it was locked, rang the buzzer, no answer. I continued to ring a few more times and waited about 5 minutes. No one came to the door or even acknowledged me. So I went to the drive-thru. A few other cars were ahead of me. They had been there before I went to the door. After they finally went thru, it was my turn. No one even came on the intercom to ask me what I wanted to order. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes before someone came out and went to the trash bin area. I told him I had an order for pick-up. He went back inside. After a few minutes, he came out and told me to go to the window. Another 10 or more minutes passed, and I finally got my order. It was now 10:05pm. My order wasn’t complete. They forgot a few items. So, a young man went back inside and bought the items out. So at 10:15 pm, I received my order. I think for the prices they charge, the least they could do is have good service. On a positive note. The people were personable and pleasant.

I know all fast food has gotten expensive but wow!! $15 for a 3 piece strip with 2 sides and a large drink (see photo of my receipt).

The chicken was hot and the employees were friendly. I was in the area for a training. Food was ok, But it’s too expensive!

Amazing staff and atmosphere. The music .
Getting to the food. I was supposed to take pictures but forgot because just the smell of the chicken lost my focus and I ate the food. Very clean and very safe. Everyone behind the counter is a team member, family, friend so , it’s safe.

The food is delicious however, the wait times are HORRENDOUS. Got food here today and it literally took 20 minutes just to PLACE my order, and I was 2nd in line. Then it took another 15 minutes to finally get it. And to top it all off the workers were dismissive and rude.

It Waa Thanksgiving Day And the line inside and around the drive through moved extremely extremely slow , they were definitely shorthanded. While in the drive through, we were on hold for so long, we eventually came out and went inside and it was bad. The customer service rep never came back on just to acknowledge that we were still waiting …extremely bad customer service.

I have been going to this location for about 8 years and I have never felt so frustrated. Not only the order took about 15 minutes for just a chicken sandwich meal, after the long wait the server didn’t say anything just gave the food and said nothing. Not everyone like there job, but don’t take it out on the customer. Also I would encourage the workers to tell customers to park on the side instead of pulling up to the corner to wait for food that takes awhile. Waiting at a parking spot would free up space. The people behind me were upset and I don’t think it’s fair for them to get mad at me for poor communication. By the way to tell the customer behind me they don’t know why tell are parked on the side causing traffic when you were the one that told me to be there is poor taste. Again, first time reviewing, been going for 8 years no complaints, now I’m not sure if I would go back.

Popeye’s was on the menu for dinner tonight. I chose to dine in, getting in line, I waited, waited & waited. It seems the driver-thru has first call, when 8 people are in line in front of you? Restaurants have forgotten about standing customers. Drive-thru’s are a luxury for people that choose to sit, in most cases. I don’t get it! The food was good & hot, guy at counter was friendly. Don’t look for a receipt here, because the printers have been out for months!
