Look all i can say is dammm, im actually inpressed, everytging was bomb, we walked in and waited few min to be sat down, our first time here, so we didnt really know what to expect, once we sat down in the all you can eat, Joe & Foo kept the food comming, no lie they were on point, food was bomb and they also hooked us up with a couple diff special rolls & Oysters, Ana the waiter & other waitresses also kept comming around and cheking in on us, all were very attentive & i can deff say we will deff be back, this is now our sushi spot near home lol.

I went to Hoshi Hibachi for the first time and had one of the best dining experiences ever. Our server and chef, Miguel, truly made the night unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he brought great energy, kindness, and skill to the table.
Miguel wasn’t just cooking — he was entertaining, connecting with everyone, and making sure we felt welcomed. His timing, his jokes, his attention to detail, everything was perfect. The food came out delicious, cooked exactly how we wanted, and you could tell he takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to meet someone who puts that much heart into their work.
You could feel that Miguel genuinely cared about giving us a great experience, and he absolutely did. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If you go to Hoshi Hibachi, ask for Miguel — he’ll make your night special.

Dry, old? fish in comically small portions, mushy/flavorless rice (and three times as much as it should be, to a comical extent). Made me feel sick after one serving and I had bits of rice goop stuck everywhere afterwards. Absolutely not worth the price unless you’re judging based off calories alone. Go to Raku if you want a decent value at this price.

It was my daughters, she is 8, first time having Hibachi. The waitress, Diana, sat us down and was super friendly and attentive. The chef was Miguel and he was so great. He really put on a show which my daughter loved. At one point she asked “Are you a chef or a magician!” Everyone was friendly and attentive. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and my daughter thought it was the best fried rice she has ever had.

My wife and I decided to stop by Hisui 1, to our surprise it is now Hoshi, under new management. The service was amazing!! Jerry was our personal AYCE Sushi chef, and we will definitely be coming back because of him! All of the staff was friendly, but Jerry went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I enjoyed our dinner. One of the kindest souls I have encountered in a while.
