Just don’t eat here. They couldn’t get an order right if you paid them…oop. This time I didn’t get a receipt I’ll have to publicly list the shift that just gave me the wrong order, again, and didn’t even thank me for my visit. Window shut in my face during night shift around 10 pm Sat Dec 13th.

I compare this store to the Wendy’s I frequent in Cheraw. There is NO comparison. Slowest drive through ever at times . They give fast food a new name..” snail food”. They slop a chicken sandwich together with the tomato and lettuce sliding out the side of the bun. If you order coffee they will be out. By the time they get some brewed while you pull up and wait your breakfast will be cold.. Then there’s the customer service… Most of the help here act like they are doing you a favor by being there. Never seen so many people who must hate their jobs like they do here. Everything I mentioned here is % the opposite at the Wendy’s in Cheraw.

So they are usually good when management is there but not once or twice but 3 times I went late 2:30 they will ask you are you using your mobile app then silence won’t take the order bc they already closing the store it’s ridiculous so yeah great food and great management terrible night shift though

Usually the food is good, but the past few times I’ve been there, I always get short changed on Chili and my nuggets. Every time I order a large, it’s always missing a third and usually ten piece nuggets are only seven or six. Idk who has been hired to handle prepping the food, but they need to talked with about the shortchange of food

I came here between 1:40 – 2:10 AM on July 3, and the dark-skinned man at the drive-through window was rude. Every time I come there, he has an attitude, and when you ask him about your order, he gets even more upset. When he is there, it’s always a problem. The first time, he had an attitude about giving me water; the second time, he had an attitude about sauces; and the third time, he didn’t even ask me about what sauce I wanted and got mad at the fact I asked him. I told him he didn’t give me my drink, and he walked away from the window, and another worker had to give me my drink. On top of all that, he didn’t even give me a receipt to know his name because he knew he was being rude for no reason. I didn’t get rude with him not even once, so I’m not truly understanding why he is like this.

Food is usually good, when you get what you order. Service can be hit or miss – drive thru workers are typically not very friendly. Mobile orders or deliveries typically have incorrect items or missing items – especially wrong drinks. Any special requests or changes to a menu item are usually ignored. Wendy’s is, by far, my favorite fast food chain – but this one is less than the best.
