Ordered 2 pizzas from this Papa John’s while on vacation in Bluffton. Both came quite literally raw. The dough can still be kneaded. It’s like they ran it through the conveyer just long enough to brown the top and make it look finished. Guess my wife and I won’t eat tonight since this was our desperate attempt to get a meal after a 6 hour road trip. Instead of the Epic Stuffed Crust, I got dough and a cold mozzarella stick.

Leaving a well deserved review for Shannon, Nicole, and team, at the Bluffton, Papa John’s location. I had a work event at 5:30pm and was notified that the original food order had been canceled. In a panic, I called the Bluffton location to ask if they could prepare 12 pizzas and 6 desserts in 1 hour. Without hesitation, Shannon assured me she could. There was no “tone”, only positivity and kindness. I can’t thank you and your team enough for saving our work event that night. Happy people with full bellies and a beyond grateful host. Thank you again!

Never again. You’ve lost a customer. Ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust with some additional toppings on one half. Took 1 1/2 hours to arrive, pepperoni was thrown on top of pizza as an afterthought and Manager was rude when I called to see where pizza was. I only called because the App said “delivered” 30 minutes before I got the pizza, so wanted to make sure it wasn’t delivered to someone else by mistake.

I placed a delivery order about a month back took 3 hours to get the pizza and I had to go and pick it up and didn’t get to eat because I had to go to work. I have tried to place an order 4 different days in the last week and a half and it will not go through and now my wife has been on hold for the last half an hour and our order will not go through.

Great pizza, last time I went they got really backed up because of one person ordering at the counter, could have probably had someone else jump on to take care of the half dozen people waiting for order pickups or just shouted out a quick apology for the wait but normally the service is pretty quick
