I ordered the spicy pineapple chicken dish. When the dish arrived it had no pineapple. When I asked I was told the pineapple was an extra cost. My wife also asked for two pineapple pieces. Only one was brought. In fairness I did not get a recept to verify my order. The person taking the order had a strong accent and may have just not understood. As I write this, they just brought me the spicy pineapple to add to my dish.

We are originally from Idaho Falls and came to Salt Lake for a mini vacay.
We decided to try Teriyaki Grill because it has sushi and something everyone would eat.
It wasn’t super busy at all and Yusef, the boy at the front, was very nice and accommodating.
We went up multiple times to bug him for lids, to go bags and more noodles because one of the kids didn’t want rice.
He didn’t drag his feet or throw and attitude and was happy to talk us through the sizes as well as the spice meter.
I had ordered the kids chicken meals for my girls and the ginger salmon with shrimp and avacado added. I also ordered the 4 peice California roll and the only thing I would have wished different was ginger and wasabi with the sushi!
The vegetables tasted fresh and were not slimy and overcooked, the salmon tasted like a grill, which is good in this case, you can tell it was ACTUALLY grilled. The sauces were amazing as well.
I also have to give a kudos to the kitchen staff, who were cleaning the grill vents when they were not busy.
The cleanliness and friendliness deserves more than 5 stars, but 5 is all I can give!
I generally don’t leave reviews but the great team on the night of 2/28 as well as great food made me decide to leave one!

Sebastian and his team do a great job. I’m a huge fan of the steak and chicken mix. The spice hits just right to give that nice warm feeling without overwhelming the flavor of the food. You should definitely stop by and give it a try.

I was traveling with a group of 30 people. We placed our order in advance to the Teriyaki Grill West Valley restaurant for delivery. The restaurant manager, Eddie, was super helpful and responsive and delivered the order himself. Everything was perfect and the food was amazing. We will be back!

The team at this location is incredible! Food is great, but the service is next level! We feel like family here and go here often! Sebastian is always there to greet us with a smile, calling us by name even. Only once ever did we make a suggestion for improvement, and that very next time we were there, boom! Food is super fresh and well flavored. I ordered the spice chicken and a spicy roll. Both were excellent.
