There were only about 3 tables of diners, pretty empty for a large restaurant.
It was an experience we wanted to enjoy, but we really didnt . Needless to say , we won’t be back .
Quick explanation of how it all works and we were off to the amazing salad bar.
One of the best Salad bars for this type of restaurant I have come across.
The meats were phenomenal, everything cooked to perfection and I especially loved the chicken hearts.
Price is comparable with other similar restaurants, but I think the offer here is way stronger.
Highly recommend.
Everything people said about the place was true, the food was delicious, they serve the steaks exactly how you like them cooked, the meat was amazing.
I loved the fact we got to try everything on the menu, and it blew my mind that they remembered what we liked and how we liked it cooked (medium rare obviously).
The salad bar was fully stocked even at peak (about 7pm), the service was fast, the food servers were great and made a real fuss of us.
Honestly, despite being in a very busy restaurant it felt like we were vip’s and nothing was too much trouble, I uniquely individual experience that is hard to create so well done Rio team.
Top Tips: go to the salad bar, get your plates and then go back to your table. Let the meat come to you first, then get stuff to go with it.
Remember what you’ve tried if you have the Rio experience, then ask them to bring you the stuff you want.
Wear loose pants and don’t eat anything before going… you’ll get a conveyor belt of food coming at you and you should accept your delicious fate.
Overall a top experience, I’ll definitely be back for special occasions… 10/10!
The meat was unreal. Juicy, tender, and cooked so perfectly it felt like it was flirting with me. Every slice was rich, hot, and full of flavour, the kind of thing that makes you pause for a second like you’re being respectful… when really you’re just trying not to melt in public.
And it just kept coming. Again and again. No messing about. Just confident, nonstop service bringing the goods like they knew exactly what they were doing. I was sat there trying to act normal in front of my family while my plate was getting treated better than I have in years.
The chips were dangerously naughty too. Crispy, golden, and way too easy to keep grabbing at even when you’re already full. Proper “I shouldn’t… but I will” energy.
Even the sides were spot on, and the whole vibe was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always there when you needed them, but never hovering. Just smooth, top service from start to finish.
But jokes aside… the food was genuinely incredible. The meat is probably the best I’ve had in a very long time, and everything we ate was spot on.
Me and my family will definitely be back again.
