This is not the first time she’s been rude little teenage girl she looks Hispanic , With black hair, We are just waiting for our order to be taken and she turns and says that the other lady will take our order , I just knod To let her know that I understood and we keep waiting after a while. The guy behind me kind of got upset because she kept talking to another customer for a long time must’ve been somebody that she knew because they were talking up a storm so he asked her if she worked here, and if he could please get his order and she continued to tell him that the other girl will take his order then he asked if that’s his order over there and she says yes, then hand him his order then she turns to me and tells me the other girl will take my order as if I didn’t hear her the first time, but she was really really rude about it. crowley location had no issue with us staying till 11:50
its not that hard to wipe a table down after we are done eating after we spend 30 dollars- if yalls dining room closes at 11:30 post it on the door

Walked in and the store wasn’t cleaned. That should have let me know to turn around and walk out but I didn’t. I have ordered from them on door dash and the food was pretty good. So I place an order for a chicken sandwich combo. Everything was good except the fries. When I asked for fresh fries I was given attitude and told that some times the fries just come out like that. Sometimes they come out light and sometimes they come out dark. She dropped fresh fries and they came out the same. Stop advertising fries that are light and appealing if what you will receive is dark and nasty. If your product isn’t gonna meet the standards then don’t advertise as such. Look at the pictures. What I got oppose to what is advertise you will receive minus the attitude and disrespect because I can’t take a picture of that!!

Update: they ended up refunding our order.
Ordered 30 wings to go. They only gave me 15 and ended up mixing the 15 with dry and wet wings. When I called they wouldn’t refund me or credit me for the order and told me all I could do was drive 20 minutes back and have it replaced. I’m not spending another 40 minutes for wings. Was told a manager would call me back about fixing it. Make sure you check your bag before leaving.

i went to the wingstop in burleson lastnight to get a 8pc boneless lemon pepper combo. This is how i received my food when i opened to eat last night. My food was suppose to be well done and this is half done to me … the fries were like the bottom bag of the fries this is insane to me. I would have went back an got a refund but i don’t even live on that side of town but i definetly won’t be coming back.

We don’t get Wingstop often but when we do we have to go to Crowley or Cleburne so it was nice to have one opened up closer to us. The food taste and quality was on par with what we have gotten at other locations. Our issue was with the service, I guess. Not sure what it would fall under. We ordered a family bundle with an extra order of large cheese fries to feed 5 people. The bundle came with a large order of fries as well.
Both large orders of fries were incredibly small, smaller than a regular size order we’ve gotten at other locations. We ordered 3 ranch, didn’t receive any of them, and we didn’t get a receipt.
Hopefully it was just a one time thing, they are a new store with new hires I’m sure, the kinks are still getting worked out. We’ll give them another shot soon and see how things go.

The food is great! The staff is great! I love the new chiken sandwich, is really good. The variety of different sauces and rubs are All great. My favorite is the bayou bbq. It’s one of the specialty ones that comes and goes, but it is amazing. And by far they have the best ranch in the game.

My chicken was fine but these are hands down the worst fries I’ve ever gotten from wing stop! I look forward to their fries and these were way under cooked and totally soggy. I guess I will have to keep going to the wing stop in Crowley instead of the Burleson one which is closer to my house. I also asked for Cajun seasoning and didn’t get that either. Wing stop fries are awesome and this soggy under cooked mess was a total let down! 2 stars is me being generous!

Great phone etiquette when calling in the order. Very friendly and helpful when asking questions. I arrived exactly when they said the order would be ready and it was. Everything was correct and all the dipping sauces were in the bag. The cashier greeted me and was polite. 5 stars for sure.
