I would have preferred that this was still a Sonny’s. The ribs seem like a great deal because the whole taco is relatively inexpensive at $20 when the half rack is $16, but they were some of the smallest ribs I have seen. They were very tender and notably lacked burn marks from a grill meaning that they were oven baked or maybe even boiled. Either way they were really only ok, bland and covered in sauce on the plate so that you can’t even use the different sauces on the table. My wife had the mushroom swiss burger which, while good, was over done and looked like a commercial patty. Onion rings and sweet potato fries were nice choices for sides and were well done. Drink glasses are large but plastic, refills fast and free, service was acceptable for the large group that we were and the waitress having the sniffles, bathrooms are clean.

Overall, pretty mediocre. I wouldn’t rush back but could make due if I lived nearby.

The ribs were AMAZING! In fact, everything was fantastic!
Alexa, our server, was so kind and helpful. She made great suggestions 🙂
It was our first time here and we will DEFINITELY be back!
So far, our favorite restaurant in all of Sebring!

This passed weekend we went here. It was my 1st time at this location used to be a Sonny’s.
Out waitress was very nice and prompt. The food was delicious. My chicken tasted like it did when it was sonny’s…..and thats a good thing. My girl really liked her buffalo chicken salad and the potatoe skins were amazing. My only gripe was the entree was served like 5 mins after the appetizer arrived. Well be back.

Two couples went in on a Friday night for dinner at about 4 PM.
We needed a low top table as one of our party could not sit in a high top. There was virtually no wait.
Our waiter was Kellen and he did a fantastic job with us. He was extremely courteous and took care of our every whim.
They had a special with two dollars off a full rack of ribs and two sides.
Three of us got the ribs and one of us got turkey.
We ordered sides of fried okra, grilled corn salad, collard greens, and baked potatoes.

The ribs were spectacular! The turkey was perfectly cooked and not dry.
A piece of Texas toast was a nice touch.
The corn salad came cold, but tasted really good.
The okra was made perfectly as well as the greens and baked potatoes.
The portions were great.
This is another one of those “ go back to” places.
We left totally satisfied around 5 o’clock or so.
There were about 15 persons waiting as we left.
Parking can be a little dicey if they’re busy. Edit: I just learned that if you drive to the back a little bit, there is a large area for parking.

Sometimes it takes experience and time…let’s start with fried mushrooms as my appetizer. Like most people, I expected button mushrooms but instead was treated to portobello sliced, battered & fried. Different but good, not the normal and can be a bit much when wanting to just pop an appetizer to enjoy. Next was the Ruben Sandwich and sweet potato fries. The sandwich was served on a pumpernickel deli swirl bread, non-toasted, whole not halved. If anybody has enjoyed a reuben, then you know, it should be served on a rye bread to offset the sauerkraut and the corned beef. I know that it’s a personal taste but it’s just my opinion; But a reuben’s not a ruben, unless it is served on rye. The deli sliced meat was very thin, but made into a thick built sandwich. Swiss cheese and sauerkraut were warm, but as I said, nothing grilled/toasted as I would have expected. Overall was ok, just not what you would expect when ordering a reuben. Next, we’ll check in with the sweet potato fries. They were thick cut and long, which made frying them a very moot point as they were a bit cool and mushy. As for the service, our waitress was top of the line. And I noticed that most of the waitstaff were also very good with the customers. They offer quite a variety of foods on the menu, and I would like to see them actually print their beers and wines. It takes time for a small restaurant to compete with chains, & I hope they do well.

First time here since the change from Sonny’s. Had a couple of friends recommend.
Ruby had the Chicken Salad Sandwich which had a good amount of filling and onion rings. I had the soup and salad, but substituted Chili which was very good. Susan G was our friendly and efficient server.
The atmosphere is bright and clean. We’ll be back!

Tried this place out, driving home from Hollywood Beach.

The food was fresh, plentiful and reasonably priced. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice.

My wife’s French DIP was tender and my ribs were very good. I highly recommend this restaurant

Very good. Would recommend to family and friends. We had the Rodeo burger with fries and came out great. Ordered a pretzel and the dipping sauce was great. Server was fantastic and very attentive.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time! Our server Amanda B went above and beyond — friendly, fast, and made us feel genuinely cared for the entire meal. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the service. Amanda absolutely deserves a raise!

And the ribs were unbelievable — tender, juicy, and literally fell right off the bone. Between the amazing food and Amanda’s top-notch service, we’ll definitely be back soon.- Sebring Septic

Visited 2/21, unfortunately our experience was very poor.
The food itself was ok, but the service was extremely slow. We were waiting for our food for over an hour and 15 minutes. The table next to us got up and left after waiting for almost an hour for their food, which was an indication that they were very frustrated too.
There were 3-4 young ladies just standing around at the front desk, but It didn’t seem that there was a manager on the floor to check with guests and address any issues.
Our server Ashley had way more tables than she could handle and she was overwhelmed. She never came back to check how the food came out or to ask for any refills.
She ended up charging us for the 2 kids apple juices, even though the menu said that the kids meals come with it. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch it when I was paying because everyone was tired and we were in hurry to head home, as we don’t live locally.
Sadly, I can’t recommend this establishment even though we went there with high hopes based on the good reviews from other guests.
