Clemson Trouble
We stopped at this Starbucks during a road trip to stretch our legs and take a quick break—and it was just what we needed. Easy to find, with convenient access and plenty of parking. The inside was clean and inviting, and the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus when you’re on the road. We grabbed some drinks, relaxed for a bit, and felt refreshed and ready to keep going. Friendly service and a calm atmosphere made it a great little stop along the way.

We stop here to get a couple drinks on our way back from Florida. There was one family ahead of us in the line inside the restaurant. It took us about 25 minutes to get our drinks. The others customers were patiently waitng like us but were not smiling. Some drinks were not available and the staff seem very playful behind the counter.
I have had sit down meals cooked and brought to my table faster than it took the 2 drinks to be made.

I love Starbucks in general but everytime I get my order from here, with the exception of a few times, my hot drink is always like warm and tastes like its been sitting… especially in the morning time on my way to work. Your service should reflect your prices.

We arrived around 5 a.m. on November 22nd, and the door was locked. We’re driving from Florida to New York and had been on the road all night, so I genuinely needed to use the restroom and get a coffee. I knocked lightly and asked four separate times if you were open. No one acknowledged me at all.
I understand you may have been in the process of opening, but at the very least a simple “We’ll be right with you” would have been appropriate. Instead, the only acknowledgment I received was an employee finally looking down and shaking her head without saying a word. Being ignored like that came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
To add to the confusion, my fiancée called the store while we were still standing outside. Someone answered the phone right away and told her they would “get to it when they can” because they were still opening.
I’m only noting the time and date so it’s clear who was working at 5 a.m. on November 22nd.

Very noisy — one employee yelling out names as the volume bounces off concrete floors – not pleasant or relaxing.
Very lame Christmas energy. We’ve been travelling and stopping at Starbucks along the way – this one was by far the saddest. Better to not do anything than have it just look like last years castoffs (some stores had tress and obvious extra love put into their decorating)

Taking a quick trip bc a loved one just passed away, we traveled from Florida to South Carolina and stopped into the Starbucks.The ladies made our drinks and were so warm and sweet putting cute inspirational quotes to help lift us up during our difficult day and travel. Will definitely be making this one of our regular stops.

This was a very clean Starbucks. Super kind staff and friendly manager. Clean bathrooms and my coffee was perfect. This was probably one of the best Starbucks experiences of our trip across the county this summer. The service was fast, friendly and our order was correct and the coffee was great. This is one you don’t want to pass up when traveling.
