I have worked in the food industry for over 5 years, and I am so happy to see such hard working crew, as well as so friendly. Brought my daughter, and it was so sweet to see how kind everyone was in seeing my sweet baby girl. With the holiday season approaching I just wanted everyone to know that your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Starbucks for being always being the best first sip of coffee.
My 12-year-old daughter was standing in line to order her drink while I waited in the car. Four other customers arrived after her and were served first simply because they were older. My daughter waited and never received her drink.
When I went inside to ask why her order was taking so long, the employee rolled her eye’s and was dismissive instead of apologizing or explaining the situation. A child should not be ignored or treated unfairly, and customers should never be treated with disrespect.
This was not just slow service—it was poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy. I expected much better from Starbucks.
Lots of pros! The staff is very friendly, and while I was working outside on the patio, you can hear the drive through speaker very clearly, and she was delightful! I saw an employee cleaning up trash in the parking lot, and the bathroom smelled clean. It’s nice they take cleanliness very seriously here.
Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely come back!
HOWEVER, when we went today we were very surprised by our coffee orders. We went in and placed our order. When we received our grande PSLs we noticed that the cup felt light. Turns out they didn’t fill it to the top. Very disappointed to see that given how much money we spend here.
