We are from out of town we were on vacation I love the food spots that locals love and we drove the 30 minutes from the condo and got 2 double meat plates both burnt ends and ribs. The sides we got were Mac and cheese, peas and rice, and collard greens. All those sides with flavorful and made to perfection. The ribs fell off the bone and were juicy and tender the burnt ends literally melted in your mouth. It will be a regular stop when we come to town.

1st: Ms. TY is an amazing employee! I called to ask what time were they closing, they were busy and she placed me on hold. I hung up BUT she called me back and took my order over the phone. She provided amazing recommendations for the homemade juice.
2nd: the ribs were tendernisimmmmm! They fell off the bone and the mac & baked bean combo is 20/10. But let me tell you about the smoked oxtails, O M G! That was my first time and babyyyy I’ll definitely be back. Mr. Cobbs is a 30/10 everytime I go!!!!

Such a bad experience that we couldn’t even enjoy the meal.
Not that it all was enjoyable anyway. The food in the front was stale.
We won’t be back.
The oxtail- stale.
Turkey wings- scary huge and dry inside.
Brisket and ribs- OK. Tender.
Cornbread-Dry, burnt, no flavor.
Greens- Delicious
Mac n cheese- Good
Beans, Sweet potato- Not the best
Coleslaw- Was spoiled and smelled bad.
The woman behind the corner had the worst attitude which really left a bad taste in our mouths.
Also when you guys run out of food it’s best to tell people before they order or allow substitutions or refunds.
(She did end up giving extra greens and cornbread at the end but the damage was already done). Super disappointing for us but check it out for yourselves.

Chicken wings were good. Natural cut french fries. That was a really good plate. We got the combo rib/chicken platter with two sides and corn bread. Ribs were ok. Chicken was amazing actually. Really well cooked, not dried and really soft texture. Baked beans were the best ones ive tried so far. Not overly sweet with just the right amount of seasoning. Giving it 4 stars since i wasnt moved by the brisket sandwich. It was alright but not a knock out like the
baked beans or the chicken. It was a good poece of brisket meat in the bun, so you still get your moneys worth. Not too bad. We tried three dishes and will go back any time im around the area.

Found this place on google while in the area. Got bbq rib dinner my first time here. Was great.. everything is homemade from scratch.. second time I came from Fort Lauderdale area just come to back here again! Didn’t mind that drive when the food is good. Hot and seasoned well. Highly recommend.

10/10 I will try again . Visiting from Texas we googled food places, and Google did not disappoint. The food was so good & full of flavor. I felt right at home with every bit I took. I didn’t really care much for the greens because I couldn’t tell if they were home cooked or Gloria’s out the can. It had a bit of a vinegar taste but over all it wasn’t to bad plus some people like there’s like that. It didn’t take very long to get our order. I’d say it was average wait time. I read other comments saying it was a long wait time however that wasn’t the case for us. The staff was friendly and welcoming. He asked where we were from and I saw him converting with their customers. If you’re visiting and looking for good food. (I would say bbq but they have more than just that) try this place. I plan to return before we leave Miami.

Mr. Cobb’s is a MUST if you like BBQ! Seasoned to perfection. Cooked low and slow! Meat falls right off the bone! You need to try it fr ask for the SMOKED OXTAIL OMG!

I don’t know if Mr. Cobbs was slow on this particular Sunday but I specifically ordered the fried chicken dinner requested a leg, breast, and a wing instead of a breast they gave me a thigh the chicken was not hot, neither were my green beans, Mac& cheese nor candied yams! And this was approximately 5:00 pm. Normally I’ve noticed if you order during the week everything is fresh and hot but this particular day I was highly disappointed after spending almost $30 on my meal. On top of that he charges sit down prices for take out food go figure! Please do better Mr. Cobbs normally you are on point!

This was my first time ordering from Mr. cobb’s barbecue, when we got the order the French fries were greasy cold and soggy. I ordered the ribs and the large rib beef absolutely terrible seasoning was gross meet was soggy and cold. I ordered the $12.00 side order of baked beans and they were so full of sugar it wasn’t even worth eating. Do yourself a favor run run run as fast as you can to a different establishment this is not a place you want to eat at.
