Horrible experience. My family loves Starbucks and we have never had an issue until today. We have been buying Starbucks for years. We love the lattes, breakfast sandwiches, etc. This morning, we ordered our normal Chai and Matcha latte but this one looked different. The matcha was not mixed at all. ( I included a picture) I asked a young lady walking by (thicker white lady with blonde hair) who was very nasty why our drink looked unmixed. She stated they don’t mix the matcha and she couldn’t help us because we already touch the cup. She then stated is there anything I you’re waiting for, in a nasty tone. Feeling confused and insulted, we said yes, we are waiting on our food and she walked away. The gentleman at the drive thru passed us our food and apologized.

I stopped here today after leaving the Wawa next door because I wanted to surprise my daughter with one of the new holiday drinks. I ordered through the app, which showed a 4–7 minute wait time. The store and drive-thru were completely empty, so I pulled up to let them know I was there.
The woman on the speaker said my order “just came in,” which was fine — I didn’t mind waiting at all. But when I got to the window, she told me that “for future reference” I’m supposed to wait 12 minutes before coming to pick up my mobile order. I asked what the difference was between ordering through the app versus ordering at the speaker (especially with no customers ahead of me), and she couldn’t explain it. Instead, I got an attitude for simply asking.
Then, when she handed me the drink, the lid wasn’t even on properly. It almost fell when I grabbed it, and the cup was covered in coffee, leaking everywhere. My hands ended up sticky from the mess. I never give this location a hard time — I actually come here often. They used to have an employee who was amazing with customer service, but I haven’t seen him in a while. Lately, the customer service here has definitely gone downhill.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since I was just trying to do something nice for my daughter. I’ll probably start going to the Starbucks on New Castle Avenue instead, where I’ve always had better experiences.

I had ordered two coffees which they were supposed to be the same drink just different size I clearly told the cashier I wanted the same coffee drink which both were supposed to be “iced” just a “bigger size” but instead they gave me the venti version a hot coffee. We waited for a good 10ish minutes until they said that “David” was up next so we saw they made the grande version and said that David’s drink was ready and put the grande drink in the front counter where we could see but no one called that the venti drink was ready they just put it to the side where all the other drinks were standing without us even knowing because we were waiting for an iced venti coffee. So I came up to them and told them I’m also waiting for a venti one of the “same” drink and I’m assuming the manager said that they’re making it right now but they said it in a frustrating tone so I waited patiently for my drink until 10 minutes later the manager told me what my drink was and he told everyone if anyone made the drink for David and the person that made my order said that it was on the stand and the manager looked at the drink and gave me a look like if I was stupid but yet no one said that the venti drink was ready nor did it look like the same drink that i ordered so I just took it because I didn’t want to make a scene but for future reference if they can put both drinks together next time it would be greatly appreciated. We get that it was very busy for the staff and the manager so we did wait patiently for our drinks but at the time it was a mess overall and it was unorganized overall from our experience.

So I just stopped in to get a coffee and egg white bites. My coffee came up right away but I was waiting quite a while for my egg white bites. I walked over to the girl by the oven and politely asked if my egg bites are ready and she snapped and said she was putting them in now. Then turned to another employee who needed to tell her to calm down and take a deep breath which I find absolutely ridiculous that you’d get so worked over a question. Anyway then she was doing something to the bites she seemed to take a while to put them in the bag! This is what I got! Management please handle this and I’d like a refund! These were not touched! I order every single day! There is no excuse for this behavior!

Nice, new Starbucks located off Christiana Rd across from Chick-fil-A and McDonald’s. Easy access with drive thru lane right at entrance. This location has a nice Cafe with all the drive thru features.. pre-order, canopy order screen and full size menu board. Staff is courteous and professional. Product is the typical food and beverages expected from Starbucks. Building has a nice quality look with dark wood and trendy design.

If there was zero stars I would put zero stars the manager Kobe and the blonde lady is very very rude. I had my drinks in there and I tried to return them. I had the physical drinks and they would not return my drinks. They made my drinks wrong. My dad has diabetic. They made his drink sugary and I drink non-dairy and they made my drinks dairy very unsatisfied. Kobe should be fired. He called my father a fat diabetic. He don’t deserve to work there if he’s having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers. He is terrible I wanted a drink remake not a refund. They wouldn’t even remake my drinks. I had brand-new drinks.

Wow, I can’t believe that the Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich looks nothing like the sandwich on Starbucks board. I called and spoke with a store associate who offered a refund but I will take my money back and never order from this location again. I was told they use an outside vendor. Well they need to change vendors. Also look at the sandwich before handing to the customer!

Is the best customer service skills I ever experienced at this location . She is welcoming , friendly, she goes above and beyond without having to ask . I can tell she enjoys working here . She made my morning feel so special and ready to start my day . I also run a small business and this is the Character and skills
