Must have Started off the February with new crew in our Clark Summit KFC 2-10-26 at 1pm. Usually end up driving to work either order messed up or waiting 15 minutes for biscuit batch. NOT TODAY!!! New young man taking orders ,pleasant, On Point AND BEST COMBO BOX I EVER HAD AT OUR KFC. Glad I gave them another chance. Fabulous!!! Slaw,Bisquit,Potato tub and 4 original pieces. Napkins!!! Butter!!!! A Spork!!!!! Don’t let them people go in there today!!!! They actually wanna work and take pride- Everything was perfect!!!! Truly made my day. Salute!!

Probably the worst KFC I’ve eaten at. My family and I arrived a little before 8p for a bite to eat as we are out of town guest. No one came to the front for about 10 mins. They had NO hot wings and the menu said they did. Cashier also said they didn’t even know if they were going to restock them. After we order food, we waited for the food to be cooked which was almost 45 mins. No one had on gloves while preparing the food and the workers were literally preparing their food and eating at the area where customers food is to be prepared( I can literally tell you what each person was eating). I hope the cooked food they were touching with their bare hands were not customers food. Chicken was awful. We order crispy chicken but it was way to soggy and tasted gummy. From the outside looking for places to eat, this place did not stand out. If you don’t know the area, you would have missed it cause the place looked as if it was closed. No light on outside or the parking lot. Never again!!!

Couldn’t get food here. Stopped at the drive through last week on our way through Clarks Summit at 8:30pm. Was told that they were out of mashed potatoes and had already cleaned the fryers for the night so they couldn’t make any more chicken. Went to the Chipotle down the road instead.

Food is delicious! The pot pie taste homemade and is 5 inches in diameter filled with rich gravy and chicken. Many sides to choose from like mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, coleslaw and corn.

Absolutely worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The Biscuits I ordered were undercooked. At 12 noon there was no crispy chicken breast allegedly. The gravy was overly salty. The drive thru employees did not even say a word to me when I received my food. Not even a thank you.

Stopped by here on my way home, ordered a 12 piece nugget combo. Got fries, a watered down Pepsi and 12 TINY pieces of chicken and got charged $11.50 for this?! That’s INSANE! I’m so tired of constantly having problems with this KFC. They’re either always forgetting part of my order, burning my fries, or doing shit like this. I’ll never go back to this KFC again!

I ordered online for a specific time. My husband went to pick it up and had to wait. They were nice enough to include a free side. Fine, I understand sometimes things take longer and it was nice to get some free mac and cheese. But, then he got home and a whole part of our order was missing. It had took him so long to get the food that he did not want to go back. Overall, a dinner that I chose to make things easier on us tonight did not make things any easier!

had an incident this week end with the staff as they were turning off the lights and no one was on the drive thru window half an hour befote their published closing time, when i tried to yell for someone a lady came out with a cigarrete from the back door and threatened me of am not leaving now she ll call the police , while my 7 and 11 year old daughters were watching in fear I had to leave as i felt it s not safe to be around such place.
