Went in the other day to check out the new Wawa. It was REALLY busy so I was expecting to wait a while for my food. But I’m happy to say it didn’t take long at all! I even forgot to add mayo to my order but there was a really nice lady there making my food named Nancy who took care of me right away. Even though she was super busy. She was really nice and too great care of me. So overall it was a great visit. And I will be going back bc I really loved my sub.

I love wawa but I got disappointed when I walked to the new store at Ransom WV the service is super slow and the food is not what I usually get in VA stores, I ordered a quesadilla and have of the tortilla was empty basically I got a tortilla with a little bit of chicken and salsa.
The only nice member of the store was the cashier at the register.
In few words they service and food portions needs attention ASAP.

Top notch breakfast burritos, hot and fresh. Better than any one that I’ve been to in MD. Store and coffee station is clean

Very small but basic gas station stop. I ordered two sandwiches, one chicken and the other tuna. Asked for multiple toppings but they only gave lettuce on both. The bread was of poor quality also.
Food was fine for a quick stop, yet the cooks could not follow basic instructions for sandwiches.

1st off I WAS SO EXCITED TO FINALLY SEE WAWA IN WV (Inwood & Charles Town).. So needless to say when I went to Order my FAV Coffee Beverage I was beyond excited only to be let down, it was “Unavailable”… a Week Later – Unavailable.. Basically everytime I try to Order Online or in store the Coffee Beverage is always “Unavailable”.. Then Again Today, (Update: 1 week later still not available).. Its just a Frozen Cappuccino.. Its not anything Seasonal or “Special”.. I have only been able to order it 1 time. Ive noticed this “Unavailable” sign on A LOT of food Items too. I understand being a new store they weren’t sure of Inventory the 1st week but it’s been a few weeks now and this is literally a daily occurrence, how? I REALLY hope it gets better otherwise I think people will stick with Sheetz.. The service is 50/50.. It would be nice if the employees would ask people their order number after they see us standing for 15+ mins to make sure it wasn’t missed by them or the customer or just acknowledge us & let us know their working on it. As an example – I waited 32 minutes last week along with another lady who was there a few mins before me and no one even looked at us let alone spoke to us, after finally asking the girl making orders how much longer it would be she just pointed to a red box & said nothing.. but my order was placed inside the store not online, so I wasn’t aware it would be put in the box for online orders, needless to say I ended up tossing it out as it had gotten cold and the bread was full of grease… On the plus side the cashiers are great, professional and very friendly! Hoping with time things get better and the Manager fixes these issues, its very discouraging & annoying.

I came by last night 1/27/26 to pick up a mobile order and when I didn’t see it on the pickup shelf I went ahead and asked the barista if she had seen my order come through on her end and I gave her my name. At this point it was already past the time it said it would be ready. She told me “When your order is ready it’ll be on the shelf” and I informed her that it was not and she rudely replied “well when it is it’ll be over there” so I waited another 10 minutes or so and when I didn’t see my drink in the process of being made nor on the shelf I had my sister go and ask for it once more. The barista Lindsey walked away after being asked visually very annoyed. I met her over at the pickup area and she had found my drink sitting in an employee only area and placed it on the shelf for me to grab. I asked her why she was so dismissive and cold to me when I initially asked her about the order and she didn’t say anything except “ it should’ve been placed over here by someone” mind you she was the only barista on duty and I have been here several times & I have seen the baristas walk the drinks over to the mobile pickup area themselves. Her overall attitude was sour and unnecessary.

Pros: Open 24 hours. Convenient from 340, a busy commuter route, while still being an easy pop off and back on the roundabout for the local neighborhood. Interior has plenty of space.

Cons: Startup issues still being ironed out. Example, self checkout kiosk had no ink for receipts.

Suggestion: Add EV fast chargers along south side parking spaces.

Opening day! Awesome prices for gas, food on point, employees were smiling, free coffee and fountain drinks. The best part, they have Bimbo & Marinela brands! So happy to have WAWA in my community!.

We love Wawa but the new Wawa is very disappointing they haven’t had tomatoes or lettuce for their subs for several days it’s inexcusable that they would operate that way a brand new location something desperately wrong with the management that can’t get this done there’s a full grocery store across the street they could Source tomatoes and lettuce if they needed it they also messed up the shake we got I don’t think they have enough training there am I reviews pretty much speak for themselves this place gets a one-star
