So i ordered a Chicken bacon swiss with no honey mustard but add red onion. There was NO lettuce or tomatoes along with a DOUBLE beef and cheddar with only ONE layer of cheese sauce. Seriously??!!! It was a drive-thru order and they told me wait in the front and somone would bring me my meal. I waited OVER 20 minutes for somone and had to go inside and get my, not so fresh and hot, meal off the front counter pickup shelf. This is seriously not the way you handle customers and i have worked for arbys before so i know how everything should be handled. Do better or hired better employees. No excuses for this visit to have gone this way. Never going back.

I ordered the steak bowl and it was awesome. The staff were very nice and professional. The prices are a bit expensive, but the food makes it worth it. The food was fresh and hot.

We will never go back to this location again we ordered three Hawaiian fish meals request that day. All three be cut in half were we ordered three orders of crinkle fries and they had made us pull forward and wait an additional six minutes for our food and he had to go back in and get us the right fries and then we had three sweet teas and they all tasted horrible. I have been trying to call the store all morning to talk to the manager and I know they’re open and it rings four times and then it says it’s busy so you can’t even call and talk to anybody.

Came through on Christmas Eve last minute for my disabled sister. and I cannot speak highly enough about the woman who runs the drive-thru. I did not get her name, but it was around 11am. She deserves a raise and a promotion, the nicest person I’ve ever had a drive thru. Incredibly kind and patient, and on a holiday. Thank you so much!

Restaurant was clean. I especially appreciated the open restrooms and the fact they had hooks in the stalls to hang items on. The music was good (classic rock) and not too loud. Took a while to order at the cash register at 4:20pm on a Saturday due to it being short staffed. Staff was quick, just not overly friendly. 2pm to 5pm they have a special for $1 classic sliders, cookies, snack sized shakes and soda.

I’ve been eating Arby’s for years from the East Coast all the way back to Texas and in between this is without a doubt the worst Arby’s I have ever eaten at worst service I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. The woman working the register taking the orders was probably the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely could tell she was hating her job and it showed. When the order came out it was wrong. It had half the meat or less that I’ve gotten on the same sandwiches at other stores, you definitely do not want to compare it to the picture on the wall. It was a joke. Then when I brought it back up to get them the correct order she wouldn’t even come up to deal with me. Keep in mind that I was very friendly. The whole time that I dealt with these people, the manager finally came up and acted like he was pissed that I would even come to bring the sandwich to have it fixed.
I took the sandwich back, opened it up seeing how bad it was just threw it away and walked out. We will never step foot in that restaurant again and would highly recommend no one else go

Staff is always rude at the drive thru. The lady literally screamed in an aggressive manner just to be rude through the speaker then again at the window when i smiled at her. Food was good. The staff always suck.
