This place is a hidden gem! The food is authentic Thai, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. Portions are very generous, especially for the price, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The service is also great—friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. If you’re looking for real Thai food with good portions and great service, this spot is a must-try.

Best spring rolls we’ve ever had! The flavor is amazing, portion is more than plenty, and you can taste the freshness. It takes 25 to 30 mins to get your food, take out or dine in. Completely worth it. The atmosphere inside was neurodivergent safe though. We came at dinner time and it was still quiet and not overwhelming and the tables are spaced out nicely. AuDhd approved 🙂

My father, mother and I ate here today around 2:30 pm. The only other customers that were there were a couple that already received their food and were eating. No one came in until we were almost finished. Just to give some context. I also don’t remember anyone at all coming in for takeout orders. Now my father LOVES SPICE!! He will eat whole Thai red chili peppers for fun on the regular! My mother and I do not like spice and ask for mild wherever we go. We never have a problem with other Thai restaurants, like Thai Esan in red Bank or Fuji express here in cleveland. Mild is mild. Flavorful, but doesn’t burn our tongues, but still has that tiny bit of heat that has a small bite, but we can still taste all of the flavors! Now to Han Thai! They have a spice scale of 1-5 on their board to order from. The 1 is about a 2-3 at other restaurants. You HAVE to ask for 0 which is a shame because we both enjoy some flavor, but having a mouth on fire is no fun. Their 1 is NOT a 1. And 0 is almost tasteless. I did not enjoy my 1 pad Thai. My mouth was on fire and I could not taste my food! Not normal for a 1 from any other Thai restaurant I’ve been to. But get this! My father asked for more fresh red Thai chilies for his food and there were about 5 slivers in a side dish that he originally asked for which is only good for a few bites for him. He asked for more and the waitress told him “we are out unless they chop more”. So he waited and waited and waited. She never brought him more. There were 4 people in the kitchen but only a total of 5 people in the dining room for about 30 minutes. She never came back with more peppers. Because “they weren’t chopped” . So at this restaurant can you not only not get mild heat. You can’t even get more heat when you actually want it because the cashier did not ask for more chilies to be prepped! I know for sure that the owner would flip out if Thai chilies were not available “just because they were not chopped”. My dad would have been happy to eat them whole if they were just brought to him! And please stop making your level 1 so spicey! Anyone can add more spice, but you can’t take it away! If your restaurant is failing. It’s probably because your food is too spicy even at a 1! Next time we will be driving out of our way and going to fuji express. They have the best pad Thai in all of cleveland anyways. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this one had to be shared as we have tried them multiple times. Sometimes the 1 is a 1, and most times it is not and is much spicier. So we never know how to order as there is no consistency.

I will definitely go back the food was amazing! I had the pineapple rice with chicken and a heat level of 2. The scale goes 0-5, 2 was plentyyy enough hot for me. I would rate a 2-3 heat around a jalapeño level. Still has great flavor but isn’t so hot you can’t enjoy the meal. The peach flavor tea was really good as well. I highly recommend this location.

Food was good, though the menu listed here is outdated (price has increased). I was told twice an item I wanted was unavailable. Fried rice was not cooked all the way. Asked for thai hot (5-pepper level), but it was not spicy. Very friendly and helpful staff, just minor unprofessionalism in the kitchen. Thank you, will come again.

Absolutely love this place. Been eating here for as long as they’ve been there and I’m never disappointed. Ever. Unless maybe they aren’t open. Delicious food, friendly service and decent price for the AMAZING quality if the food they serve. Was disappointed when Pad Thai went out of business but this place blows them out if the water. Not even close. Even if you’ve never had Thai or Vietnamese food, just close your eyes and point at something and it will be the best thing you’ve ever eaten. Trust me.

This has been one of the best finds my wife and I have come across since our favorite Thai restaurant closed do to the pandemic. There is plenty of seating and lots of space to not feel crowded. The menu is varied and very well laid out, so that you know what you are getting when you order. My wife got the red curry and fried Thai dumplings. I went with the shrimp pad Thai and spring rolls. All the dishes were on point for flavor and spice. My wife and I both went with spice level 4 but would have been fine with a 5 as we tend to like spicier foods. Level 4 will make your tongue tingle and even had me break a little bit of a sweat but was not painfull. The dumplings were cooked perfect a had a well balanced flavor between the pork and veggies inside and the sauce you dip it in. The spring rolls were easily some of the best I have had. They were fresh, crisp and had an awesome flavor. The sauce with them was excellent just the right amount of sweetness to enhance but not overpower the flavor. The curry was silky smooth with the mild coconut sweetness. The jasmine rice with it was cooked perfect and not overly fragrant as jasmine rice can be sometimes. I was instantly in love with the shrimp pad Thai. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. A little snap but not rubbery. The noodles had that nice gentle texture with a slight stickiness with the sauce. My only thing is I would have like a few more sprouts but that is a personal preference. If you are in the Dalton Pike area of Cleveland, you should definitely try this place out. You will not regret it.
P.S. I also tried their Thai tea. It is good but a little stronger toward the tea side if you want to try it.

This is the real deal! If you like Thai food you have to check this place out. They cook your food fresh (no reheating old food like some of the other places) so call ahead if you are in a hurry. My kids love it too! Pineapple style fried rice!!!

Pleasantly surprised by this find! Coconut soup was some of the best I’ve ever had. If you like traditional Thai and want a quick and delicious lunch I recommend giving it a try. Food is served in to go containers and comes out piping hot.

We came on a Saturday shortly after opening and the restaurant didn’t appear very busy.
We were given a 20-30 minute wait time but it took approximately one hour to get a ball of rice, some veggies and a little bit of beef. The average wait time to get food according to Google is 20-23 minutes. Had I been on a lunch break, I would have been irate. I fail to understand the extended wait time based on the amount of customers present during our visit. Moving on, the restaurant does not offer drinks outside of cans and bottles, so I easily finished my can coke within the hour wait time and couldn’t tap into a free refill like most restaurants offer, however, the cashier did offer me a freebie as an apology for the wait. Once I got my food, I found it to be lacking in flavor but strong with spicy heat from the peppers. I did enjoy the plate, but the overall experience didn’t leave me saying, “I’d come back.”
