Pizza Hut is NOT the same. Food quality has SEVERELY decreased. What the heck happened to the Pizza Hut from the 80’s? I sure do miss that!
Pizza was just BLAH and greasy and the wings. Don’t get me started on that! For the price of bone-in wings, you’d think that they would put a little more effort. The Cajun rub wings should be re-named Yankee rub cuz it just flat out sucks. It used to be good but it just tastes horrible now.

Hope you don’t use the app. Placed an order for delivery. They ask for your address. Then you order. Then they charge you. Then the restaraunt they chose is apparently closed. Called customer service, they can’t do anything about it apparently. So now I paid $50 for pizza that will never show up and can’t even talk to anyone to get a refund. This is kinda trash.

Store close at 10 o’clock, but the workers stopped working at 9 o’clock And say everything is turned off because they gotta leave out at 10 o’clock so they’re not cooking after nine but don’t get paid till 10 o’clock. Y’all losing money.

I am a weekly customer. My children love pizza. The people that work at my Pizza Hut are awesome. The food is always the best quality. But when you have to stand for 20 minutes inside the store waiting on your order with no air conditioner that is inhumane. How can a store be ran with hot ovens constantly going And no air conditioner. If I go one more time into this situation, I will call the board of health. Employee should not endure no air conditioner while cooking in that store.

Ordered food for pickup. After receiving notification food was done went to pick it up. They could not find the order and said was not in the system. Showed email and confirmation and had to wait for manager to approve and remake order. After waiting another 30 mins another worker asked what we picking up and said it had been ready for 10 mins. Wife was so mad. Food was cold and still had part of the order missing. Never again.

I understand being busy and understaffed, but it was like they didn’t know what they were doing at all yesterday. When I finally received my order, they had completely ignored what toppings I’d ordered (which I paid extra for) and just gave me two pepperoni pizzas. And the breadsticks were barely warm, had clearly been sitting around for a while. Very disappointing, as this location used to be good.

Came an hour before closing on a Friday night and they had been so busy that they ran out of quite a fre things on my order. However, the manager was very friendly and made things right and i was very happy with my order. He also did so in a timely manner even though you could see he was extremely busy. I was also surprised at how clean the kitchen and waiting area was even tho they were non stop the whole time I was there.

I ordered online like I always do. I decided just to pay cash instead of card like I normally do. I receive a call from the store saying that the no contact delivery button was on so they cancelled my order and I need to reorder it. I was trying to ask if I can just pay for it right now with my card because I used my point and he hung up on me. I called back 4 times and each time they tried to transfer me to the store and it was going straight to voicemail. It will not allow me to reorder because it says it is still cooking and it won’t give me points back. So it’s been over an hour my kids are hungry and Pizzahut doesn’t even try to help you fix the order they just rather have no orders so I will not being eating Pizza Hut anymore. They have way to many pizza places that have way better service.

I’m very disappointed in this location. Tonight I placed an order online. It said my pizza will arrive at 5:43. At 6:00 I got a message saying that Door Dash will deliver it at 6:20. When they got here they forgot my breadsticks and my pizza was wrong. I called but couldn’t speak to no one at this location and only could leave a message… Pizza Hut YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!
