So glad you are in the mall. It would be nice if you offered combos and little better prices or specials. Otherwise everything was great and all the pretzels were available and your employees were making more while I was standing in line. Keep up the great work!!

I recently visited and was disappointed with the overall experience. The service was slow and the servers seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. when the food finally arrived, it was not hot and fresh as it should have been. The pizza was cold and missing toppings, and the pretzel was excessively oily and not fresh. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend this restaurant to others. There are many other dining options in the area that offer better food and service at a comparable price.”

Just left and was told no cinnamon pretzels when the other worker in the back was literally making them. The young man who seemed to be in charge was very smug, and the frozen lemonade was not made correctly literally a cup of ice with 2 squirtsof syrup thrown at me.

I (black) was standing in line, directly in front of the register, and my 2 year old was crying so I was trying to settle her down. Of course I wasn’t looking at the cashier because I was trying to settle her down. I was standing there so like that I assumed that they were taking orders at the other register. I moved up just a little and as I did this, he was telling the people(white) behind me their total. I told him I was standing right here first, his response was “You weren’t paying attention”. He never once asked “hey maam are you ready?” or nothing of the sort. I didn’t even want anything anymore, I talked to the manager on duty and he was very nonchalant and careless about the whole ordeal. it was a horrible experience and I didn’t even want to buy anything from there for my kids and I after that. This was 3/8/2025 around 1-130ish. I was standing there and it’s me and my 4 kids

Just left there and the man tried to give me pretzels that are black in the bottom. I explained that they were burnt and he wanted to debate me vs giving me ones that weren’t. Never spending money there again. The ‘manager’ on duty Alonso could care less and laughed it off. Unfortunate for the owner of this business since it used to be a staple when we went to the mall . Now I’ll be sure to spend my money at the other pretzel shop.

(Edited) Today is next day and I couldn’t eat dinner after that pretzels i had a bad day didnt even want to eat dinner and got stomach pin a lot(11 am and my pretzel box was so hard and cold 10$ wasted tbh

Literally makes ZERO sense having the guy at the beggining of the line ask for orders when its nowhere near cash register. Blue shirt manager is over here shouting in front of everyone for their order. Also can’t get a simple order right. So inefficient!!!

Just got cinnamon pretzels and it was too hard the kids couldn’t eat them. The girls work there were so mean they didn’t exchange them. They are not fresh !!!
