My first visit to this location (in visiting from another state). Came on for an iced latte. 2 ladies working at opposite sides of counter. I asked who do I go to? One said “where the register is” ok. I ordered and paid. Waited at register for my drink. Same gal made my drink then called it out loud, making me come to the opposite side of the shop to get it. I was the only person there. Period. She could not have just handed it to me at the register? Or one of them told me I needed to go elsewhere to pick it up? Have always had amazing service at Biggby’s back home. This was awful.

Got explosive diarrhea from the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store!
Had to have an emergency stop at the Biggby Coffee for a shat.

Rude, snotty service at the Frankenmuth location. Its unfortunate. The bagel breakfast sandwiches have also gone way downhill. The top of my sandwich was toasted and burnt to that of a hard, old crouton so I was only been able to eat the bottom portion. They’re so rude if you dont tip them , typically, so I didn’t even bother telling them. If they weren’t so obvious in their attitude, I would tip but not deserved here.

Stopped by there literally 5 mins ago. The girls working are extremely rude. Don’t listen while you’re ordering. Cups had sauce dripping down the side of them.
