I was craving Mexican, and a friend recommended this place as we were down in San Diego. The restaurant is a pretty small space. Counter dinning was available, but the chairs were stacked up. There were only two people working, and a sauce bar. They ran out of pork.
I ordered the quesadilla, and it was delicious. It filled me up. I’ve also tried the fish tacos, but I’d say that the tortilla was dry and it was just ok. Spicy shrimp sure is spicy tho.

Not a bad spot. I got a steak and egg burrito and the thing was MASSIVE. One of the largest burritos I have ever had in my life. This was not the most delicious food, not bad by any means. But I will say that it was a great bang for the buck. Most burritos at other taco shops are at a minimum of $9.00 to $10.00. This one was just $7.50!!!!!! Super shocked at the low price. Pretty clean restroom for the age of the building….I’d come back!

Oh my… this place. The tacos are amazing. First, we split a surf and turf monster burrito, and it was amazing. Then we found out it was taco Tuesday and so we had to get tacos, too. We got the fish tacos and the carnitas tacos and they were phenomenal. We also got buñuelos because they looked so good and they were also amazing. This place is a must visit!!!!!! Everything here is so good – I want to eat everything they have here!!!

Its always the little hidden spots that are so bomb and on point with their food. This place needs to be known by many more. I ordered the surf and turf chips/nachos and let me just tell you…there was not one thing i did not like about them and had everything you can think of to go on nachos…the shrimp was super favorable… my picture says it all. I will definitely be returning. Thanks guys!
