i’m a frequent customer here I come at about 5 AM usually around the time they open.. customer service sucks.. the asain one at the register just stares at you until you greet or say something to her instead of asking what would you like to order? And the young lady with the two huge front teeth that makes the drinks is just rude in general. There’s a peets close to that one I’ll be going to that one in the future. A bad day is understandable but frequent bad customer service feels personal, which is weird and unacceptable and in an establishment, like Peet’s

I ordered a coffee at this location. It was made wrong and I have an allergy. I barely drank any and had quickly realized. I brought it back later when I could and explained the situation so I could have it remade, because I paid money for it therefore it should be made the way I asked. The guy talked to me incredibly rude, and made me feel like I was stupid and like I was doing something wrong. It’s gotten remade, but this was not cool and incredibly unprofessional. I don’t think I’d come back here again.

order medium almond latte. first order looks like it had too much foam very little coffee so i asked for remake. second time around still no good. it does not taste like the usual almond latte. it just has this weird taste to it. i had better coffee from other Peet’s coffee shop. they need better train or experience baristas.
